Stayed in Madisonville May 17-19 and we ate here both nights. First the service was excellent both nights. The servers were on top of everything without us having to ask. Next, the food we had was great. The "Mirage cut" Sirloin and Ribeyes both nights were cooked as ordered. They were very tender and seasoned well. The "Mirage cut" is a very thick steak and that with it being sirloin lends it to often be overcooked, but not here. The knife slid through it and it was tender to chew. Overall we were very well pleased and will definately be back when in the area. Only complaint, the sweet potatoes were a little small, but if you order a bigger steak, its no big deal.

We frequently stay in Madisionville and enjoy the convenience of the Oasis, however the food is much too salty. The cooks tend to over salt all of the food. They do have some decent dishes, however one can tell they are certainly a knock off Outback restaurant. The dining area and bar is very clean, however the bathroom needs attention badly. The beer is cold and the service was satisfactory but the menu needs to be a little more progressive. There arent enough healthy options. All in all the meals arent to bad but they need to take back the salt shaker from the cooks! Good Luck All and Buon Appetit.

Havent exactly eaten there but I know someone who works there and I heard that the servers who make less than minimum wage have to tip the buss boys and hostess stand, the managers dont pull them off to the side to chastise them they simply do it in front of other employees, they sometimes speak rudely to the servers in front of customers, the employees are only allowed a couple mistakes before they are fired. The place is a joke. They half-ass train the employees and send them to the floor and expect them to learn things on their own basically.

we had to wait over an hour for our food, had to ask for bread 3 times, and had to call the waitress down 3 times for drinks. From what I take it was because the server didnt want to serve us, so a lady that was working on the other side of the store had to wait on us...you need to teach your employees how to seperate personal feelings while at work, I doubt Ill ever be spending any money here again, and what a shame the food is really good, but the service is the worst over her experienced.

Had a friend come in from Clarksville today and took her to the Oasis and she loved it! The Salmon she said was great and I of course, ate the cheese sticks and fried chicken tenders. Service was fast and the atmosphere was pretty darn great as well. We left a good tip and enjoyed the time relaxing over our tea and waters. Too early for drinks but they do have a full bar just in case you need to know that.

If u have eaten in kuttawa at oasis dont waste your time in Madisonville Yes its a drive but there .menu is better Better food . friendly staff . Madisonville follow kuttawa they have the best ribs. Not to mention you have to love the staff in kuttawa

Probably a good place for burger and beer, but not so much for dinners on Sundays after church. Salmon, no taste; catfish, mostly greasy and thin; slaw, mostly sugar. Service was good, but that didnt make up for the poor, tasteless food. Wont be back.

Great service from our waiter. But we actually saw a fight break out between two workers behind the bar area, they were cooks. The manager broke it up and a few seconds later they were back at it. Really disturbing to see while eating.

Ordered a steak medium well with onions and mushrooms. The mushrooms tasted so old and the onions were dried out peels. It was a slow night. No reason to rush your product out to the table. Server was polite and good at her job.

Working in town this week and this was right by the hotel. Its better than the 3 stars it has. I got a medium burger and it was cooked PERFECTLY and tasted very good. Staff was very friendly and efficient.

Dont eat hear. I paid 42 dollars for a steak that i literally took one bite and spit it out. Not only was it frezer burnt, but it was rotten. Nice staff. Terrible food.
