This used to be a nice place before the name change and Im assuming new ownership and management. To say, I wasnt at all impressed with the service nor the food. For the price this wasnt what Im used to being served. Ive tasted better at places in more rural areas where Ive visited than this place. On top of all of that, some guy, who seemed to be the owner, went around greeting folks at some tables but not others. Im mean who does that! Business 101 - treat all of your guest as if they are your number 1 customer. Friendly greetings cost very little! A simple "Hello folks, hope you are enjoying your meal and evening" would have gone far. Multiple table were skipped while others werent. Guess he doesnt need the repeat business. If asked if I could take it or leave it - I would say - Leave it! Food wasnt all that great and service was even less desirable. Why waste time and money someplace when you can have an awesome meal elsewhere getting what you paid for with amazing and friendly service! I wont be going back!!!!!!!

What a wonderful experience! I just flew in and was in the mood for Italian. I happen to find this Gem on Google and Im so grateful I did. The food is really homemade and you can taste the care and quality in each dish. We had some of the most flavorful Lasagna along with a fantastic shrimp and angle hair pasta dish with lemon sauce. Simply wonderful! Francesca, our server, was so pleasant and attentive. She did a great job as did the hostess who sat us and the manager who came to see us out. I highly recommend paying them a visit because once you do, youll never want to go back to that Olive Garden place. :).

I applaud the wait staff at Balagios. The Drama Group just had a big celebration at Balagios last night and the prompt, courteous service and attention to food and drinks was impeccable. It goes without saying that the food, as always was outstandingly delicious. The fact that we had 40+ people and everyone was taken care of within minutes...... I love Balagios. Thank you all!

Beautiful atmosphere, great service & excellent food!!! Pear & Chicken Salad is my fav... So delish! Or when Im in the mood for comfort food I go for some Gnocchi with vodka sauce or Whole wheat pasta with veggies in olive oil & garlic... Not on the menu... But great thing about Balagio...the staff is great & always accommodating with my latest craving;))

I decided to try this place for my moms surprise retirement party. I only received praises about the service and food. Our waitress and staff was very attentive to our needs. The food was served promptly as discussed with the waitress. This place has changed names and hands so many times. Im glad I took a chance on this place.

Ive been coming to Balagio for years. The service has always been great and the food is awesome. My favorite is the Pollo Nilla, its something original you cant find anywhere else. But everything Ive had there has been fantastic. For dessert try the tiramisu or bread pudding (definitely a family fav!). The place is a must try.

I usually love to visit this place to have a drink at the bar and catch the tail end of a game. The bread, olive oil and cheese, along with a fresh order of calamari does the trick for me. This place is HUGE, and can accommodate large groups. And yes, the FOOD is GOOD!

This place has changed a lot and different owners. There was a Giordanos Pizza place across the street from this restaurant. But they closed shop and now there are other shops in place. Oh, there was a Leonas restaurant on this site. they had good food too.

It was nice. I came as a group work function and upon request they bought olive oil so I can do the olive oil and cheese mix for my bread. I found it weird that an Italian place does not normally do that for groups. Salad was great. Potatoes were great.

Food was very good. We had Italian sausage with different colored peppers. The peppers were cooked to perfection. Seared and crunchy. Sausage was delicious. The wait staff is very conscientious.
