I think I just had a spiritual moment in the Panini Shop. What a priceless little shop, just down the street from my office. First off, I just had the absolute best panini I have ever had in my life. Artis Pretzel Chicken Panani. A game changer. Every single bite was as delicious as the previous. John there brought me out a slice of pizza to try while I was waiting. Dough, Sauce, Cheese, Meat. Seems simple enough but we have high standards for our pizza here in Chicagoland. It did not disappoint. I actually stopped playing with my phone just so I could focus on the food. The gentleman running the place, John, stopped for a second so he could run and grab an umbrella to escort a lady to her car in the pouring rain. First class service, First class food. A little hard to find if youre not looking for it, but that adds to the charm. Check it out, it is hard to find good little places like this. Ive added them to my catering rotation at my office.

FABULOUS. So I was never very excited about panini sandwiches...until now. The Pretzel Chicken is hands down worth the trip if I was driving from Wisconsin. It is that good. The eggplant is next or any pasta dish with the marvelous meatball or sausage (winner no matter which you choose). The restaurant is clean, the counter staff efficient, its a cute place. Sign up for their email and you get the daily menu (yes, it is that fresh). Its not fancy but I like to know what Im missing or getting. Dont be fooled by the name, if you want a salad or pasta, they have those too. A hidden gem.

The Panini Shop is excellent and I expect to order from them more often from now on. I was provided top notch customer service and it was clear that The Panini Shop wanted my business. Everyone I spoke to, including John was very helpful and accomodating. On top of all of the excellent service, the food was actually GOOD! Highly recommend this place, it is a model for how a dining establishment should treat their customers.

As long as John (guy that runs the place) is alive, there should never be anything less than 5 stars. Never met a crew that put so much passion into every sandwich and experience. They meet you once and the guy remembers your name forever. The pretzel chicken is to die for. Everything made fresh. If you didnt like the food they will do absolutely everything they can to make up for it, but Ive never seen anyone not like the food.

The Panini Shop was only a 10 minute walk from my hotel, so I decided to take a walk and try it out. I walked in right when the shop was supposed to close but the owner (at least, I believe it was the owner) was nice enough to serve me and the food (I ordered the Artis Pretzel Chicken panini) was amazing. Definitely will come back if Im in the area again.

I was told about this place a while back but never had time to investigate. A coworker and I needed to try somewhere new for lunch and I decided it was time to find it. Im glad we made the trip. That pretzel chicken panini is killer and we were given free cookies for being new customers. The ownership is very friendly and I cant wait to go back.

I dont typically review restaurants but this one truly deserves five stars. My boyfriend and I walked in and were greeted with incredibly friendly service. They customized our meal for us with great suggestions and some AMAZING mozzarella! The entire meal was delicious and fresh and the service was fantastic. Definitely recommend it!

Went here during lunch while working in the area. I ordered the pretzel chicken panini. It was fantastic. Beats any other food option in the area. The owner was also incredibly kind and welcoming. You can tell he really appreciates his customers. If youre in the area, go here. You wont regret it.

Great Panini place! Went there with some colleagues, it took some time to get the food since were in a group but the owner didnt charge us for sides (breads/soup) for just a few minute longer wait. Great food and very friendly and super nice staff. Highly recommended!

This place was hard to find, its in a business complex, but very worth the effort. The food was fantastic, the service was very very friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who likes paninis. They have vegetarian friendly options as well!
