Dont order online. I ordered online, and when I arrived was told that they didnt have my order, and that I had probably gone to the wrong location. After I checked my confirmation email to confirm that I was at the correct location, I talked to someone else who had no trouble finding my order. From there things were handled satisfactorily. I dont know if the first person didnt know how to check the order log, or was trying to con me, or whatever other possibilities, but being told I was at the wrong location pisses me off.

Went there for lunch this past Friday 10/14. The service was good a little slow for my taste, but the food was good. I ordered the lobster bisque and a chicken toscana sandwich with an iced tea. That was the only thing I ate that day and within a few hours of eating, I had food poisoning! I was so violently ill that I wasnt able to leave the bathroom for 3 hours!! Needless to say, I will not be returning. I will be going back to Panera.

It took 40 minutes to get our SOUP and a half sandwich. 40 minutes! Two of our friends only got soup and still waited 40 minutes. Not sure why it takes so long to scoop soup that is already made into a bowl? There is a guy who gives out samples who should be serving up orders instead. Ill be going to Panera next time.

First time customer, and I am officially a fan! No more Panera for me. I loved every soup I tried and thoroughly enjoyed the Sonoma salad. Employees were very friendly. Line went pretty fast and it was a very clean, quiet and friendly environment. Zoup found a longtime customer in me. Soooo very great!

The sausage & chicken gumbo was good. The maple bacon & ham sandwich was good too, but the maple aioli was so overpowering that it tasted more like a breakfast sandwich than dinner. Its kind of expensive, but I guess thats the price of natural, organic ingredients.

A little pricey when compared to other locations where soup and sandwiches are an option; however the food (and especially the soup) is very tasty and worth the premium. I will be returning but only when there are soup options I want to try.

Excellent service! I sent my husband inside to do carry out. The owner took a picture of the menu and sent it to me. My Lemon Basil Chicken was awesome! Lemony! My husband thoroughly enjoyed his Corn & Crab Chowder to the hilt.

Going to find it hard to convince me that a piece of bread with ham and bacon should have a price point of $8. Friendly service. I dont think Zoup will last for long. Hopefully Qdoba comes back

The soup itself was good but my bread had mold on it. I took my food to go and attempted to reach them via phone so they didnt serve moldy bread to anyone else but nobody answered.

Food Good. Service well... Bagged five salads while I waited for my soup siting lonely on the edge of the counter. Finally had to ask for my order - Which they politely gave me.

similar to panera in food idea and more expensive - 30.00 for 2 soups 2 sandwiches 1 drink, more soup options though if your a soup person

Restaurant is always cold. Wide selection, but online app doesnt work, so you never know when theyre serving your favorite soup.

The soup is good my one complaint is the people who where handing out sample where not wearing glove witch I believe is a violation
