DO NOT EVER GO HERE! I have always gotten the same order from this restaurant; Steamed pot stickers, crab rangoon, egg rolls, fried rice, and orange chicken. Tonight I came to pick up my order, got home and it was wrong. I had "tippers" which I have never heard of or eaten before, bbq something (I believe pork), and meat on sticks. I called to ask if I could come pick up the proper food, and was told I got what I ordered "all sales are final". I spent $44 on my food, and got the complete wrong order to be told by the man on the phone I was wrong and he repeated "my order" three times on the phone and I told him I dont even know what that food is, why would I order it? What a joke… I will never come back here they have HORRIBLE SERVICE and do not fix their mistakes. I was even willing to bring all the food back after I got home to get the right food I ordered. Never again.

I ordered for delivery at 6:45pm on a Thursday and had food at 7:05. Appetizer was tasty. Then I opened my main course and find that they gave me wrong order. I call and he repeated my order, pork dumplings and schezwan chicken. I actually ordered sesame chicken. He said sorry about that, keep the other dish too. Delivery driver showed up 15 minutes later and would not even accept a tip. I felt bad because they did not really mess up my order, it was a miscommunication. I would have just eaten the schezwan chicken but it has onions in it and I dont eat them. This is the kind of business that I like to patronize. You should too. Oh and the food was tasty as well!

The girl on the phone was short and rude when taking my order for carry-out. When I asked if I could pick up my food at 8:45 (I called at 8:15) she said okay and then took my name and phone number. As we were hanging up I could hear her talking and she told me they close at 8:30. I mentioned that online it says theyre open until 9pm. She said that they were "closing a few minutes early because of Mothers Day". It was obvious she was looking to get out of work early and, in my opinion, very unprofessional. Its 15 minutes! Why bother answering the phone if youre not going to take anymore orders?

Not happy at all. We ordered online for a dinner and then we went to pick it up the waitress said that they never got our order. We decided to dine in. She directed us to a table and toss us the menus. My daughter checked her email and there was our order all paid and all. Now they try to convince us that is not there and all goes on for good 10 minutes. Needless to say it was right there...I guess is the owner/ cook who didnt apologize just said "give me 5 minutes" and disappeared. This my last time I come in or pick up from here.

They have outstanding customer service, I have never seen customer service like they have here. Unfortanetly customer service at a resutrant is not everything. The food quality is very important. The food is not so great the price is super high. I wouldnt pay more then 5 dollars per plate here personally. However if you like there food this would be a 5 out of 5 rating for you. I had there egg soup, egg roll, and cashew chicken.

Ive been to Peapod twice; once for lunch, and once for dinner. The food is really good and the restaurant itself has a very nice atmosphere; its not just a hole in the wall like many Chinese Restaurants. Would be very nice for a family gathering or a romantic night out. Its slightly pricier than the average Chinese Restaurant, but they make up for it in the quantity and quality of food you get. Definitely worth the value!

Expensive for small portions and bland Food! First time going here the other night. I got really bland Lo Mein noodles that looked like boiled ramen noodles and potstickers with no meat inside. I thought someone working there knows me and I was being pranked... turns out it was just bad quality... I was charged $30 for 2 food items... what the?!?!

The waitress lady was very rude to me and pretty much treated me like trash when I first walked in to be seated. I walked out the moment she threw the Menu on the table in front of me when I asked for it. What a shame. I deserve to be treated like a Customer, not a Peasant.

Our office ordered take out today. I ordered Hunan Chicken and to my surprise there was no chicken. Another ordered Lo Mein and he got ramen noodles. I am not a vegetarian but they thought I should be. Never will visit this place again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

terrible experience... Placed an order over the phone and they hung up on me twice i was finally able to order so I order Chicken with Vegetables and it had no chicken on top of that it was cold and Slimy terrible food .. Blahhh bad food...

Ive never had a bad meal here. They have consistently (last 2 years) made delicious food and Ive never had a complaint. Get the Japanese udon noodles with chicken.
