This is my Japanese restaurant of choice when in the area. The food is delicious and there are an assortment of rolls as well as more traditional dishes. The menu is not as large as Sushi Kushi (which I also like) so dont expect as many choices of bento boxes, etc. but what they have is plenty for me! I would recommend the avocado torch roll for its amazingness. The owners are the sweetest people ever and the wife/mom of the family is so welcoming to everyone to comes in. Highly recommended!

I came here on a cold day for some udon in a little strip mall. I was pleasantly surprised by the the number of people here at 1:00 in the afternoon and the attention to detail of the meal by the server. Service could have been a little faster but I wasnt really in a hurry and it was busy. The udon lunch special came with miso. I eat miso all the time but this was one of the best Ive had! Udon and tempura were fantastic. I will definitely be coming back.

The portions are a little small and the service left a little to be desired but what will bring me back is the fish. Now most people think that sushi is best when its fresh. This is a common misconception and the folks at koya are obviously pros. Their fish is aged to perfection incredibly chewy with an almost rotten fish taste that well make you gag even hours after you finish your meal.

Really, really wonderful food! The salmon teriyaki was perfectly prepared: grilled and the served over a bed of lettuce with rice. Excellent! Phyllis and I were pleasantly surprised with the large amount of salmon. She had a Golden Tiger Roll that was equally delicious. If we lived nearby we would be here a lot. Great service too.

This is our favorite sushi place. Everyone is friendly, the food is tasty and the price is comparable to other sushi places. We come here so often they know our order before we even get the menu. Highly recommended if you live in the area and like sushi.

Nothing fancy, just good sushi and good service. Good menu variety and friendly staff. Have enjoyed all of the sushi. My husband is not a sushi eater so he ordered the noodles, which were very good. Definitely our go-to sushi place in the area.

Great food, good fried rice portions, clean restroom, and large specialty rolls make this place pleasant. The server is very knowledgeable of the drink brands, too. While her service was quick, it was also very slightly pushy.

A quaint little sushi restaurant inside a strip mall. The staff was friendly and the meal included appetizer (miso soup) and a desert (mochi ice cream). Id go again if Im in the area.
