Disgusting food and a filthy restaurant. I will never carry out from this restaurant again, I will drive the extra distance to go to the Orland Park location. I went to order several different burritos and when Michael went to go make the second burrito they were out of chicken so he was scraping up what ever scraps that were left to put on my burrito bowl. When I went to give him my last order which was chicken tacos he literally scrapped as much black stuff off the bottom of the container he could to pass as chicken. At that point I got angry and asked him to wait until he had more chicken and not scrap the scraps up to give me. The counters were full of spilled food and guacamole was smeared all over the counter also. When I asked to speak to a manager they said there wasnt one there at this time and offered me her cell phone number. I told her that I would follow up when she was in the business and not call her on her cell phone. On the way out all three garbage cans were overflowing and there was garbage on the floor. It was a horrible experience, my food is cold and it was just disgusting all the way around and I will never be back to this chipotle again.

Im actually eating here right now, and everything was going well until this rude girl handeling the lettuce part or guac part ruined our experience. She was so rude. She either needs to be nice to customers or find another job where she doesnt need to talk to people and give customer service. Also she does not know how to wrap a burrito.

Tried them when the first opened a year or so ago, they messed up every order we made. Figured it was all new staff and decided to try again. Food was disgusting. Steak was like chewing rubber, everything else was mushy and flavorless. Feel sick after the few bites of it I had. Will not be going back

This Chiptole just opened up in Homer Glen, and its been a long time coming. Im glad I have one so close. The food was delicious as always and the staff and manager are extremely nice and friendly. This is my new Chipotle :)

If you like stale chips and chicken burritos with hardly any meat then this place is for you. The rude girl behind the counter wouldnt even make eye contact with me and the place was absolutely filthy.

The girl behind the counter is so nasty to the staff. Particularly the very nice guy who was making our food. Also found hair in my burrito bowl twice now. Done giving this place chances.
