Noodles and Companys food has always been wonderful, but their delivery service is so awful that I wonder why they even offer it. I have only ordered about 5 times, and 3 of those times there has been an issue. I just placed an order that was ready to go through, and out of nowhere I got an email saying that the order was cancelled - not by me -- and that I would have to call the store to get clarification. I called at least 6 times and it rang once and then would hang up on me. I am not going to re-order in fear that it will happen again - but you cant cancel my order and then not pick up the phone to tell me why it happened! I will not be ordering again any time soon. The food is so good. If youre not going to follow through on delivery, then please dont even offer the service! It is disconcerting to pay for something and then not know what happened to it, even if they guarantee that I will be refunded.

Worst experience ever. I had asked for extra pesto sauce and even paid extra for it. Never received it. Asked for extra cheese, and paid for it. Never received it. I had ordered online and went to the store hoping it pick it up as it should be. My food was ready, but they were not calling out my name to pick it up. People who came after me and ORDERED I paid got their food before I did. I had to actually ASK them to give me the food while waiting. Worst experience ever. Never going there again.

Food here is hit or miss. I like the japanese pan noodles, penne rosa and indonesian peanut stir fry, but everything else is just ok. Prices are very reasonable though - you can get a bowl of noodles for $6 (no meat or tofu though). Its a slightly bigger location than most other Noodles & Co. There is a variety of seating and you can pick a quieter spot in the back if you like. They have outdoor seating in the summer. Staff at this location are efficient though not particularly friendly.

Pretty low key location for a Noodles & Company in the middle of Evanston. Parking is hard to find on busy days since its metered parking in every direction. Place is clean, staff is friendly, and the bright wood furniture fits the Noodles & Company image. I ordered the Japanese pan from this location and it is thinner than traditional udon noodles but is a delicious touch of American influence to a Japanese style dish.

I really enjoy the different varieties of food available here. From the regular pasta dishes to their Asian inspired dishes, everything on the menu is good. Not only can you pick the type of pasta, but I also really like the customization of the dishes with additions and subtractions of meats/tofu. If you like pasta, this is the place for you!

Love this place. This is the restaurant I have dined the most in my 15 months in Evanston. Affordable, quick service and great food. Close to the movie theatre. Gave it 4 stars only because of the quantity ( feel its little less) and many of the S.E. Asian dishes are not very authentic (although very delicious)

Ordered a meal online with both steak and tofu, which i paid extra for. They apparently couldnt figure out that I wanted both, and decided "Oh they must just want tofu." Didnt bother to confirm with the customer. Didnt bother to answer the phone when I called to try and correct the problem.

Had dinner with friends before grabbing a quick movie last night. I always enjoy noodles & co for a decent quick meal. My favorite is the bangkok curry. No issues to report at this location!

Great food! Love the pesto and the spicy Korean! One great tip is to eat in, they serve you a lot less when u order to go or pick up. Also theres an app to order and have your food ready !

Had to wait about 10 minutes for my food and once I got my food, there a long strand of hair on top of my Mac and cheese. Unless the employees wear hairnets, Im not going there again.

Decent fast food with plenty of veggie options. We sometimes feel like we could do just as well cooking at home, but we still stop by on occasion. The marinated tofu is delicious!

Had their cucumber and tomato salad and it made my 4yrs old kid and me sick with food poisoning. They mixed fresh good looking cucumbers with old mushy ones.
