oh my god are you serious, bobs big boy used to be the best place on the earth to go to. Marquette big boy, all I can say is the walking dead. never have I seen such ugly waitresses, my god did they get up and say what the hell I am going to work like this, no make-up, hair is not brushed, but the overnight eye liner that takes the cake, but rude and slow that is second on the list, why bother right because the only customers you have are seniors, dont rush they wont know. you take all the business because of the buffet. but the waitresses dont make a dime, but why bother mommy and daddy will pay,. there are people out there willing to work hard. second the managers, how dare you have such an attitude with people, you have the best restaurant in town how dare you have such a cocky attitude, I will be getting in touch with the head office. wake up the dead. you have the best restaurant in town why dont you treat it that way

First off, its Big Boy, not a gourmet restaurant. That being said, I have never had a bad experience at this location. The buffet and burgers are good, the staff is always friendly and usually overly helpful, and its clean. Hit the buffet for lunch this Thanksgiving and it was pandemonium in there. Our waitress was friendly, kept up with our beverages, and cleared our empty plates quickly even though it was a full house. Reading the bad reviews this place received made me laugh and wonder if some of these people had even been there before, except for the one who criticized the alfredo sauce. You ordered pasta with alfredo at Big Boy and were expecting perfection? Really? Stick with the burgers, buffet, and deserts and you cant go wrong.

I usually have had a good experience at this restaurant but Saturday nite was the exception i had the fish and chips the fish wasnt even cooked through and the breading was still uncooked inside plus the fish and fries were so greasy that the paper in the bottom of the basket was falling apart. When i complained all they did was take 10% off of my bill !!! That really made me upset why should i have to pay anything for a meal i couldnt and didnt eat??? After this i will be reluctant to return.....

Buffet sucks, smelled awful. There were flys all around the buffet and on our table. Ordered some pasta alfredo and took 3 bites, alfredo sauce was thick like lotion and tasted like fat. Service sucked, i was never asked once of i wanted a refill. PASS! CHECK PLEASE will not be coming back, i recommend going to Wendys across the street. Probably way cleaner and better tasting food!

This is a favorite meeting/dining place for locals. Breakfast buffet is good. Typically large breakfast crowd. A breakfast menu favorite is multigrain pancakes with fresh berries. Great flavor! Menu has lots of options for any meal. Something for everyone. Excellent service, usually with a smile. Nice selection of pies.

Consistent,modest prices,wide varieties of choices for menu, although not the healthiest overall.Standard menu but great buffet and clean seating and tables.

This place is absolutely great! The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food is simple, delicious, and fairly priced. Most days they have a well stocked breakfast buffet and feature different dinner buffets on most nights. If you are looking for classic American food, this is your place!

It cold cold cold in that place the hole family had to go get a jacket on.. wait staff was friendly but not very good at service had to keep asking for coffee, tartar sauce, and forgot items we had ordered sorry this would not be a place i would go back to unless everything else was closed..

Very family friendly. Great food and buffet. An abundant menu including drinks and desserts. The restaurant is quite spacious too and even at prime busy times doesnt feel cramped. Have not met a single unpleasant employee. Easily accessible in a convenient location.

Pretty good, apparent cost effective short cuts everywhere, but still tasty food. Some entrees a little too greasy. Fast service, good for families, clean, most waitstaff pleasant. Fun interior. Then theres the legendary Boy, himself.
