Stay away from this place. I came in here July 2015 and ordered the penne rosa and my family ordered some other dishes. I found a dead bug (some type of roach with antenna) in my dish. When I approached the staff, they did not seem apologetic or concerned at all. Maybe this happens often?!? They only gave me a refund on the one dish instead of the entire order- like I would even consider eating any of the other dishes! Do not eat here! I will not step foot in here again nor will my family!

I was the only one in there and it still took nearly 30 minutes to get my food. The food itself (Bangkok Curry) was dry and flavorless, almost to the point of inedible. Also the staff (a bunch of kids themselves) were talking to each other not working, cursing up a storm. This didnt bother me so much, but this is a family area and it was just off putting.

Every time I go to this place they have someone in the front with attitude. Not to mention every time I order any dish with protein its burn. If you hate your job do something else for living but dont mess peoples food up!

Im so glad Noodles & Company has come to Southport. I have never had a bad experience at this location. The food has always been good as well as the service. I like the out door seating in the summer time as well.

Pretty standard Noodles & Company location. Lots of families come to eat here, so it shows that they do keep up the quality of the food and location. The service is friendly, and Id say faster than average.

Found a bug in my pasta, but asked for shrimp.Not sure when noodles added such a fine delicacy like a cockroach, but they havent updated their menu yet.
