I wish i could leave 0 starts. I am indeed not a health inspector but if i was i would have this place shut down instantly. DO NOT EAT HERE. they gave my friend and I condiments that were previously used by other customers.. we know this because we found pieces on an onion ring in our chipotle sauce when we were not even eating onion rings. After bringing it up to the manager he said that they freshly make their condiments and they are made with onions and one just wasnt chopped all the way. I rightly didnt believe him because I called back the next day to ask a different employee if the chipotle sauce had onions in it and he said no. I am disgusted by the amount of germs this restaurant is willing to give you.

First time at this particular location. The employees were friendly and the waitress was very good. Ordered a burger no bun and they made it in a lettuce wrap which was perfect. I Ordered meatballs for my son and he loved them, hes almost 2 years old by the way, so I tried them and agreed they were pretty good. Only down fall was the lettuce to my salad was turning brown which means it was going bad. Really wish the produce was fresher. But aside from that everything was good.

Do not eat here went with my family and there plates were dirty the drink my wife had still had something white in the drink I think like paper the straw comes in paid 89.00 for three people I dont spend that much at Buffalo Wild Wings for four am just saying if you want to eat at a little food shack then this is it. It was my first time and everything was just great. The seat me right the way. The food was fresh, the hamburgers were what they offered you in the menu. The place was clean and the waitress was very attentive. The ambience was smooth and a pretty cool way to pay and give feedback. Im coming back!

My husband and I hadnt been to a Red Robin in a few years. After visiting this location we will return. Our waitress Kaitlyn was AWESOME!!! Her friendly smile, knowledge of the menue and customer service scores her a 20 on a scale of 1 to 10 great job!

Had to wait 40 minutes to get seated when there was over 12 empty tables. Then waitress comes over introduces herself and walks away!! Horrible customer service and food was like McDonalds but more expensive. NEVER AGAIN

Our waitress was Vanessa she was very patient and attentive. However, when I ordered my Western BBQ burger they didnt even pit BBQ sauce on it, like its in the tittle ppl! Only reason why theres 4 instead of 5 stars.

For a place that specializes in burgers it is disapointing. I ordered my burger well done and it was medium but even when the server corrected the order is was still bland and nothing special.

This is a new restaurant thats new to Chicago Ridge Mall. I love that they have bottom less drinks and fries. They are known for their Gourmet Hamburgers fix the way you want them.
