I ordered the Swiss Smoked burger regular order of fries with a side of onion petels. Lets start with the burger I expected bigger equaled the size of a regular McDonalds hamburger. The fries were OK but the Onion petals was like filling my hand with a fistful of salt couldnt even finish them. I also ordered my wife the Cheddar burger with Olive oil and garlic fries. Which were exceptionally good NO Drinks now comes the biggest surprise .......THE BILL $24 and some change. I would suggest McDonalds before recommending Smash Burger.....SORRY GUYS!!

Oh smashburger how I love you so! I love their friendly staff. My favorite thing to get is either the spicy baja with black bean burger or grilled chicken. The jalapeños on the spicy baja are no joke and the spicy chipotle bun just brings everything together. Pair up the burger with their smash fries... you will never eat at any other fast food chain again. Also the best part about smash burger is their awesome craft beers selection especially when you can get 4 for $10 bucket deal...talk about cheap pregame!

The absolute WORST! After I consumed 1/2 of my food, I proceeded to get a to-go container only to see the cook by the name of Noah sitting on the counter with his cell phone in one hand and picking his nose with the other! Disgusting!! He approached me to see if I needed something and when I asked him about it, his reaction was, "uuh well, I wash my hands all the time.." WHAT?????? The manager tried giving me coupons, but WHO in their RIGHT MIND WOULD EVER EAT THERE AGAIN AFTER SEEING SUCH A THING?!?!?

A more upscale place than the typical fast food burger chains. You can tell they use fresh ingredients just by looking at your order and even more by tasting it. Lots of options to customize your burger/chicken sandwich to suit whatever you crave. Super easy to order online and pick up at the place. If youre ordering for multiple people, you can even specify who ordered what and theyll individually bag each sandwich+side, making it effortless to distribute when you take it home.

Probably the best carry-out burger within 5 miles in any direction. Mainly because there is no serious competition. This area lacks a genuinely good burger joint. I enjoy the top five burgers on their menu as opposed to the lower five, with The Windy City being my favorite. Chicken shouldnt even be on the menu because it is terrible. Smash fries are very good and their shakes are average-to-ok. The place is kid and family friendly. The staff is also pretty nice.

Reasonably priced, good food, friendly service. I feel like the only negative is the location - specifically parking. It seems odd to have to park in the lot behind the place, then walk around to the front. The Smash Fries are a very unique alternative - tossed in olive oil with rosemary and garlic. Great flavor combination. The burgers are tasty, the shakes are great.
