I came to this Burger King very often! As I pulled up to the drive thru the girl gave me my shake and told me to pull off to the side. I looked at my phone for a hot second and looked back up to see the girl working the drive thru kissing on another worker. Im honestly not sure if he was a worker he didnt have the typical Burger King attire. Thats extremely unprofessional!!!!!! Theres no way you should be kissing and groping on someone in business setting. After a fee seconds observing I noticed the guy walking over to the food prep area eating something. Red flag number two why is he walking back and fourth eating the fries. If I could rate my service tonight a zero I would. Their behavior was very inappropriate.

This burger king is terriable they only have 2 fast workers by the name of Elena a little short girl and a boy named rafael they seem to take their work very serious i have waited over 40 minutes in drive thru at one time and the manager agustin refused to give me a refund all my food was cold I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS BURGER KING I HAD ALREADY 2 TERRIABLE TIMES COMING HERE!!

Place is garbage. Go to a different burger King. Ordered one meal which came out on time. They asked what my drink was, I said coke. Didnt see a person for another 10 mins. She ran back to the window and said she forgot. On top of that, she gave me the wrong size. Was I going to tell her? Nope, didnt want to wait another 10 mins.

Horrible service!!!! Order a shake and 9pc chicken fry. They took too long making the chicken fries and the girl that was mixing the shake had her boyfriend back there breathing down her neck. They told us to pull forward to wait on the chicken fries and before we knew it the two lovers were lip-locking! Ewwww!!! Disgusting!!!!

It was one of the worst places Ive ever been to, not only did the lady keep closing her window every time we tried to speak to her she didnt even try to acknowledge that we were there. She would roll her eyes and close the door really fast. Her name is Blanca I kept the receipt this lady doesnt deserve to have this job

Tired of always something missing from my order. Plus you have to remind them to at least give you a fork for a salad and napkins. Will NEVER return because they always have unprofessional people working there. Next time I will drive to either Maywood or Northlake

Used to be a good place to eat a few months ago, now the floor loks like a dump and the majority of the tables look dirty some feel sticky. service lags big time should have went tru the drive tru so i wouldnt be so disapointed

Located on a super busy avenue. Access is limited to Eastbound on North Ave. service is pretty good. Never a busy place when dinning in, but you may find a small to medium line on the drive-thru every now and then.
