Ive ordered from here so many times in the past before and have never had a problem, until today. I ordered for delivery and had the driver who was an older woman who was shining her flashlight through the door and trying to open/push the door open....I had given specific instructions for them to call upon arrival and instead I had my mom frightened (She has PTSD) thinking it was cops or someone trying to break in. I work at an Italian Restaurant and have never had any of the drivers I work with do what was done today. When I opened the door, I gave her cash for my food without realizing I had already paid for it online, she came back to the door with only part of the cash I gave her and I noticed she had kept $5 dollars to herself, which in a way I found very rude, you would think someone would return your money to you and not assume that part of that was their tip. Then I called the place to explain what happened, and they had told me that they wouldnt be able to drop off my $5 back till after 10:30-11:00 pm because they had 7 orders ahead of me, apparently it wouldve taken 5 hours before I got my money back which I found completely ridiculous considering I live right on Mannheim and Pine St. (less than a 5 minute drive) and the fact that they actually close at 8pm and I had placed my order at 5:15pm. So I told the manager I would pick up my money instead, when I arrived the manager didnt seem too interested in trying to hear me out, he just gave me the $5 back and carried on with his work. The fact that no one took responsibility for this and tried to turn it around and ensure my future business with them wouldnt be affected is dissapointing since I myself work in the food service industry. Even though a customer had an unpleasant experience I would try to make sure I win their business back by making sure they know that I care about their business and would try to do anything to make their experience a little bit better. With that being said, I will NEVER be ordering from here again, I am disappointed in how my situation was handled and hope this doesnt happen to anyone else.

It seems like gourmet burger places are popping up everywhere these days. Ive driven by this place numerous times and always thought itd be cool to try. My advice: try it! I met a friend for lunch and we both agreed that it was a good place. First, there are lots of great burgers in the area. What I liked about Wildburger isnt that you can get a great burger - its that you can try so many varieties of toppings, protein, buns and all of the ingredients are fresh and good. Want a pretzel bun? got it Like Bison? they got it Chicken or Salmon? yes and yes Lots of cheese, bacon and the usual fixins make it a great burger. The staff are helpful friendly and keep the line moving. A little bit on the pricey side and not much seating (thus 4 stars) but all in all, a great burger for the person looking for some options outside of a great American cheeseburger. Well done American Wildburger!

WOW. Best burger ive ever had. Smash burger and five guys dont have anything on thses guys. I was craving a burger and wanted a good tasting burger. Well i met my match. There was so much meet and topping. Cheese, i was able to taste and see the cheese. Lol. Then the fries were delish. I love freshly made fries. The only downfall was that there was not much sitting room. I would have really like to sit down and enjoy my food. Will certainly be going back when it gets nicer out to sit outside and eat. Thank you American Wildburger for the best lunch ive had in a long time!

The food was beyond delicious! I ordered a build your own burger and was not disappointed; I had a bacon burger with everything, cheddar cheese and sauteed mushrooms on a whole wheat bun. My food came out piping hot and was perfectly made to order. I added a side of Chipotle mayo as per recommendation of the chef and that mayo is hands down the best sauce Ive ever had, perfectly spicy. I am definitely coming back again to try out the rest of the menu, especially that garlic aioli sauce! The gentlemen there were really nice and friendly as well. 5 stars!

Fresh Burgers, excellent service, very fresh. They even have gluten free options so I got my burger on a gluten free bun (their fries are also gluten free since they dont put anything with gluten in the frier - they use gluten free breading on the nuggets!) My too scared to try anything gluten-free friend didnt even know the chicken nuggets were gluten-free! Score! Happy to have a place I can go to and not get "glutened" BUT have it be a place where my friends (who dont eat gluten-free) love going too!

Cant really comment on the food... I stay at a hotel nearby and have been eyeing up the menu. It says they deliver! First time I called they said there wasnt a driver available that day. 4 days later I call and they said that they dont deliver anymore because the place is too busy to send out the delivery driver. The website even says they deliver! I might walk their but the hole situation rubs me the wrong way. I wish I could be talking about the food instead of the service!

It was my first time here and I was talking with myself why havent I come this great place. The burger was awesome. I really loved it. Fries was really good. Place was cool and they have outdoor chair too. Free and easy parking ✔ the staff was awesome. They know that how can they manage the customer relationship✔ I cant wait that when I am gonna go there next time but I know i will be there soon

Yep. Very nice and tasty burgers here. And gluten free bun option is available. Well done. You get a choice of meats, beef, turkey, and chicken for your burger, and choice of bun, egg, pretzel, and whole wheat. They also have some interesting signature burgers too. And the freshly cut fries there were excellent and not over seasoned.

I love these burgers so much! These burgers are a great value for the money and the fries are also very tasty. I eat gluten free and they can wrap your burger in lettuce but it isnt very high quality lettuce so I ended up throwing away a good chunk of the lettuce. Otherwise, it was an excellent meal in Chicago!

My god ! I was flabbergasted at the outlandish contemporary plagerizing tastes that gushed from this heavenly burgers. I dont think its remotely possible to survive in the immediate area without such a wonderful establishment ! In the name of the father, and of the sun. And of the holy spirit. Amen !

Burger was ok, nothing special, little overpriced, but I asked if the cheese on the cheese fries was real or nacho cheese, he told me it was real, but it was clearly fake nacho cheese. Hell, my dog didnt even want it. Still no place is better in the area than Paradise Pup.

Awesome burger! Its thick and cheezy. Great meat texture. Ingredients proportioned just right. You need to eat one! Burger fanatic approves! Small place so get there early if you want to dine in... I like the tech gadgets and the burger Char-Broiler! Sweet place!
