We had not been to Popeyes in a very long time! To be honest I remember Chicken being way way way more affordable! We thought 4 piece dinner would have been enough for 2 of us, I was wrong! I ended up getting a wing and a leg (both very small) the wing was mostly bones and breaded topping, my wife had a leg and a small thigh ! The side we ordered was COLE SLAW, it was slimy; I showed it to the manager and he offered fries instead. Everything looks sooooo good on TV and the chicken size is really much, much larger. It will provably be another 15 years or so before we go back; if we are still around.

4 times I have been here and four times horrible horrible customer service even manager didnt know what was on the menu and answering questions took me way too long to get my food too many people working and they dont seem to have it together 3 people can do the work of the 10 that they had on staff they didnt answer their phone they didnt answer my questions they didnt know how to answer questions would never recommend this particular location

Wish this restaurant was a flexible as other popeyes, allowing us to add items from their menu ala cart example an extra order of shrimp or crawfish, due to the owner failing to update the registers from the last 1970s this is not available, on the plus there is another popeyes on Randall road which can accommodate me.

Terrible employees. Ive been here three times this year..its not fast food if you wait 15Mins in a drive thru only to be asked to pull around and park and wait more. Ill drive 15mins out of the way to the next one if I want awesome chicken from Popeyes again. Id probably save time.

only fried chicken i will eat! this location is typically busy during the dinner rush, so expect a wait! but thats only a testament to the great food! i would recommend you double check your order before you leave, as the crowd and rush seems to lead to the occasional mix ups.

So far every time I go there its horrible! one time they didnt have ICE!! Another time they forgot to give me my slaw and when I called to complain they never answered and I called 3 times the phone just rang!! It takes forever to get your food and its not even fresh!

Good food horrible staff. All teens complaining about working. All but the older man have attitudes. They always forget something or mess up your order. Waited 25 mins for tenders I know only take 3 mins to cook. Check your order before you leave. But good food

Best fried chicken in the Chicagoland area. This location only. They do high volumes of orders which makes their chicken very very fresh. We meeting at other Popeyes another Chicagoland area and the chicken is old and dried but this location it is always fresh

I know other people might have had bad experiences here but I have been coming to this Popeyes since I was a kid and the chicken and service here have always both been amazing. Compared to other Popeyes chicken restaurants in the area this one is the best!!

I gave it a 2 instead of a 1 because I love the chicken. However....what a disorganized mess. If you decide to go here make sure you are not in a hurry. Not suggested for the person on a 30 minute lunch.
