If only I could give this place 0 stars I would! Very unprofessional!! This place forgot to give me all the sides for my order that was totalled to $40.00. When we asked the person in the drive through if everything was in the bag, she said yes, so we drove away and trusted her. We live 25 minutes away from this Popeyes and we have 4 kids, in which makes it very difficult to buy fast food....we paid and trusted that all of our food was in the ag for our dinner. When we got home and opened the bag all the sides were misssing! I was soo upset! My kids ended up eating just dry chicken alone, they were very sad that their mac and cheese was not there,my husband and i didnt even eat anymore. I called the store right away and spoke to the manager...in which did not help much because he didnt even know how to solve the problem AND WHEN I TOLD HIM MY NAME HE SAYS "OHH WE GET A LOT OF COMPLAINTS FROM WOMEN WITH THE SAME NAME" like seriously???? What kind of manager is this? First he said to go back for the sides...but like I said we live 20 minutes away and it was 7pm (dinner time). Then he offered to give us the sides for free, but what is that going to do when our dinner was pretty much over. Then I asked to just refund us the money for the sides back to the credit card, but he said he couldnt do that and that he could only do CASH. Lastly i could over hear someone in the background telling him to just give me the whole order for free.. but really what am i going to do with all the food? It didnt fix or change the fact that it ruined our dinner. I didnt another choice but to accept the free order. Then gave me his name and said that he usually works in the mornings. I go the next day a little past noon, its raining and i have my baby and daughter with me. I go inside and tell the story to the manager in charge, she calls Noe and cant get a hold of him. At this point i just want my money back. A worker that was taking the orders, keeps looking at me and my daughters in a very mean way and also kept on nodding her head as if I did something wrong??...she kept on trying to get involved with the conversation the manager and I were having while working at the same time (probably messed up someones order again through the drive through). I just didnt understand why that older worker women was looking at us soo mean! What is wrong with her? What kind of customer service does she have? The manager on duty finally gets a hold of the other manager (Noe) and he says to just give me the whole order and NO CASH...when he had just told me the night before that he could only give me cash not a credit card refund? The manager girl on duty quickly starts calculating how much of a refund she was going to give me from the sides...( as if that would solve the issue). While she is doing that, the drive through worker lady keeps on looking at me and my daughters again in a very rude way! What is seriously wrong with this lady? I wish there was a more professional and reasonable Manger on duty, so that they could help me with this issue. I really did not have much time to waste, and i didnt see my issue going anywhere with these people. I tell the manager to just give me my money back and she refuses and states that she could only give me $16 for the sides...in which doesnt even cover for the gas I spent driving all the way over there, and it also did not justify the fact that they ruined my kids dinner. I tell the manager that I really did not have much time to wait around and see what the manager Noe says over the phone, so I take the $16.00 and walk away. I work in customer service myself and Im also a Manager, therefore I know how it is when there is a problem with a customer and not once do we let the customer leave unhappy! We solve the issue and ALWAYS make sure the customer leaves content and comes back for our services. We will never come back to this Popeyes ever again, and it sucks because we love Popeyes. I really hope this does not happen to anyone else, specially if you have kids and money is very tight for your family.

After ordering two 5 piece chicken and waffle meals, I drove 25 minutes home to find two 3 piece meals, with the smallest chicken tenders I have ever seen, and a half filled container of mashed potatoes. Its as if they went out of their way to mess with my order, or they just cant count all the way up to 5...For $18, I could have gotten 5 times the food and they would have gotten my order correct at any other fast food restaurant in the area.

Speedy service, great bilingual staff! ANY TIME I go in Amanda always has a smile on her face and is quick to greet you as soon as you walk through the door! Try the Cajun fries and Mac & cheese! Best around! To be honest the chicken isnt my favorite but the sides and service are amazing!

Ordered huge 100 piece plus sides order. Noe at the register and the whole team absolutely delivered and quickly. Two great employees even carried this feast to my car. Thank-you Popeyes for rare treat of solid hard work, professionalism and of course the best chicken around!

For a Popeyes this locations is very clean. Service is always as good as you can expect. If i am not mistaken this is a training location so that could have something to do with the positives. Most Popeyes are not anything to write about but i will return here.

As soon as my boyfriend and I came in the employees were all very friendly. They attended to us in a timely manner and were really amazing people. The food was great but not as great as the service we received. I will definitely be coming back.

Got our food, eventually, thats the only reason they get any stars. Order was slightly messed up and waited about 15 min in the drivethrough after paying to get food. Not even busy inside. Disappointment.

About 90% of the time this place gets our order WRONG! I just ordered 1 SPICEY 5pc chicken combo and they got it WRONG! its one order and toy cant do that right. This place is terrible!

Clean and newer building. It is a smaller eating area if you have a party larger than 4 people it is inconvenient. Food tasted like it should and was hot. Service was good.

Food is always as good as fast food can get. This particular location does not do a good enough job keeping the tables clean. Just hope its not a reflection of the kitchen
