Zero stars, I wont be going here again. They can never get order correct and to them, it is "no problem" Yes it is, I have to go back (my fault for not checking my bag, but that wont happen again). There is a KFC out of my way home from work, I will go there from now on even if my food ends up cold from the 25 mile drive. This location has gone down hill ever since they added Long John Silvers. It is also a dump! The front doors dont even open without yanking them. When I went in today, all the employees were standing around joking, no wonder they cant get the orders correct. I understand you are paid minimum wage and are young, but come on, get to work.

Went into the drive-thru for a simple meal late one night with only one car ahead of me already at the window. After placing my order I waited in my car for 20 minutes!!! I figured that the gas that I was burning just waiting there was not worth what would most likely be cold food in the end, so I left. To this day I wonder how much longer they took with that customer in front of me.

They lost a good customer i will never be back at 6.o3 pm not only was i treated like shit but they told me if i wanted an order of chicken it would be a 35 min wait . I not only parked behind the rest. For 40 min 3 customers went through and 1 sat waiting for a few. Those employees dont care. So i will not be back

I love kfc chicken but I went there at night and went through drive and was wating there without ordering yet for 10 minutes so I left and they were still open because the menu board was still on and the hours were posted on the door so somebody wasnt doing there job this was a few months in the past.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful.as well as the food is great love the chicken strips.and Kim one of the staff makes sure you get what you order as well a hard worker.in all its a good place to eat.

Food was OK, but restaurant doesnt have a very "clean" feel to it. Almost all the tables needed cleaning off, and though staff were friendly, no one seemed too concerned about tidying up the place.

Instead of 3 decent chicken strips, I got MAYBE 2.5 strips. Wish I could share the picture. Also, my mashed potatoes, it was only half full. Tried calling and kept getting the fax machine.

Slow Slow Slow Service. Took 30 minutes plus some to get food with 3 orders ahead of us. Rude employees. Dont ask how much time it will be if you have to be somewhere say within an hour.
