Avoid this place if you want to like KFC If prior planning prevents piss poor performance, they have no prior planning. That must be why the area manager has her contact information on the drive through window. Ordered a $20 fillup with the sides, four biscuts, and the $5 popcorn chicken. My bad experience started when I noticed I didnt get a receipt when she handed my card back. Got home to find out were missing the biscuts, and they didnt place the receipt in my bag either. Call them and they ask for the receipt, i tell them they didnt give me one, say come back and get the biscuts, I say what else are you going to do for me, she says two biscuts and a side. I say ok, but I get there, and get home to find I only have two biscuts, not my original four. When my wife called them back, the same girl got very rude when she asked for the receipt number and the number for the area manager, wouldnt give her any of the information, AND HUNG UP ON MY WIFE! Now I have to drive out there a third time to get the number so I can tell the area manager were never going here again, and neither should you.

This is one of the most frustrating places to get food from in my neighbor hood. Every time we order from there the order has something wrong and the staff has a really bad attitude when you let them know that the order is wrong. The way they kinda smirk about it makes me think they just might be spitting on my food. My favorite is when I order something through the drive through and then they dont tell me that they are out of 1, 2 or in one case 3 items that I ordered until I get to the window to pay. funny! if it wasnt for the fact that this is the closest KFC to my house and my kids love it, I would never go back there. On top of it their phone number doesnt work or is busy all the time. sorry to be such a bitching-betty about this but I work in a field where we strive to make our customers happy and customer service is the most important thing and this place obviously has no training in that department. :<

Where to begin! This is the second time I have a very bad experience at this location. First time it happened a year ago when i ordered dark meat and they put wings and all mixed up. When I told them the order was wrong they didnt want to fix it and gave me a bad attitude. Second time I wanted legs and thighs a lady in the drive through said I would need to wait 45 mins then she said you would need to pay for each individually since we have all mixed only. These people are a joke and they get paid for not doing their job. Wheres customer service? You pay for the food its not free. they feel they are doing you a favor. Management here is ridiculous they all talk to each other with disrespect and they are very rude. Avoid going to this kfc I dont know how they stayed in business with such bad employees.

The wait for my food was timely. The food wasnt bad dont get me wrong. But I ordered a family pack with 2 mashed 2 gravy and Cole slaw. They gave me mostly drumsticks and not a lot of variety of chicken. They gave me 3 mashed potatoes 1 gravy and NO Cole slaw. I was happy about the 3 mashed potatoes but No Cole slaw? Not good. Now Ive had good service there so Ill give them a three but whoever took my order didnt do well at all so it could just be the person working and not the WHOLE staff.

i was employed at this location for about a month. Not only was i told to serve our expired and green chicken to adults, i was told it was ok to serve to adults but not children by my supervisor, Irais. On 4 occasions, i witnessed this expired chicken get sold to our customers between December and January. Imagine how often they do this! There is black mold growing in the wall next to the office, about 5 feet from our cooked and stored food and about 7 feet from the front counter.

I worked here for about 3 months, not only were some of my co workers fired for refusing to serve rotten chicken but the regional managers could care less about their employees let alone the food. All they care about is how thick their wallets are. Nothing in the store is done right and not to mention when its late people dont even bother using tongs to pick up your food, or gloves for that matter. Hated working here, and I will never eat here.

Wow, this was the worst fried chicken ever. Ordered 3 piece white meat to go. One wing was the size from a pigeon. The breast had no breaking on the meat side, so meat was dried out. I really dont know what the other piece of chicken was. Was supposed to be a wing, but no way looked like any piece of chicken I ever saw. Never again. I will never go here again.

I had a very bad experience with these people. we ordered a 10 piece meal with an extra breast and minus a thigh. we got charged for the extra beast and didnt even get what we wanted! we got only got 9 pieces and was charged the extra amount. I will never go to this place again. we tried to call multiple times and not once did anyone pick up.

Awful! Dont know how they can serve food so poorly prepared and presented. Chicken was rubbery dry and mashed potatoes were running and tasted like a powdered mix. Extra dry biscuit and greasy cooky. Last time at KFC!
