I highly recommend this particular location under the management of Jared for your KFC eating experience. I was able to feed 180 marching band members and volunteers with ease because of the efficient, organized, and polite staff. They were able to accommodate some of the special requests we had due to dietary restrictions. Of course, everyone enjoyed having the boxed chicken tender meal with sides and a cookie. I will be using this KFC next year if we are again competing at the NIU campus!

I received awesome service today I got the $5 zinger box the food was nice and hot and the gentleman at the drive thru was awesome very friendly and made you feel valued I had a bad experience with the Sycamore Taco bell and decided to go to KFC instead definitely a better choice with the high quality service and fresh hot food I received from KFC I will definitely choose KFC over Taco Bell

Overall things went very smoothly at this KFC. I had to wait 5 minutes for Potato Wedges and it seemed like they were low on chicken as the 2 people behind me were told they would have to wait 8 minutes if they didnt want to switch their orders. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was mostly clean.

The staff here are always friendly! I come with adults with disabilities and always so kind and patient with them. Food is always good and fresh. Only issue is tables arent that clean.

For a college student on a budget, KFC is a great choice with their $5 fill up and Go cups, its even better that this is one of the most consistently good tasting KFCs Ive been to.

Over the 4 months this location has gotten steadily worse. Ive brought it to managers attention multiple times, there have been no improvements.
