I would consider Kentucky Fried Chicken as an American staple. This was once an amazing place to eat, for fast food. Were not going to put honey on my biscuit, I realized it was honey "sauce". Sugar water mixed with honey! When I looked at the honey mustard sauce for the chicken, there were three ingredients before even gotten to honey or mustard. First couple were various kind of corn syrup. Not surprising considering theyre owned by Pepsi. I know the colonel would roll over in his grave if he knew what they were doing to his food. I really wish there was a rating of negative Stars.

AWFUL! Perhaps the worst KFC I have ever visited. Before I moved to KY earlier this year, I used to go to my local KFC way too much. I took advantage of free Go Cup coupons with drink purchases for filling out surveys. Their food was always spot on delicious and service was good. After trying this particular KFC, I longed for my old one. This KFC has terrible tenders, bad service, and seemed unclean upon entering the doors. Anymore, I only get their bone in chicken, and that only rarely.

HORRIBLE. The sign outside said the new lobby was open, we were stopped at the door and told it was drive thru only even though the sign on the door said "lobby open until 10". In the drive thru they said they were out of the first 4 or 5 things we ordered. After we paid they then said they were out of what we had ordered and would see if they could refund. They then couldnt provide us with a refund receipt. Horrible on every level!! STAY AWAY

Tried to order Georgia Gold tenders, was told no tenders were available at all because they werent thawed out. This was around 3:00 on a weekend, and it wasnt even busy. Several staff were outside smoking when we got there. The food we did get was hot and good though...

Dont know what theyve done to chicken pot pie....chicken tasted like reheated nuggets (awful). Old way much better. Biscuits are smaller. Service window was very nice, food not so good. Going elsewhere for chicken!

I always love KFC original chicken. This place is clean and the staff are friendly but the seats and tables look old. I think KFC need to upgrade the look to keep up with their competitors.
