They need to train their employees on how to count. I am not sure if this is done on purpose. I got fewer pieces of chicken than I paid for drive-in purchase for two times. I called to the store for last mistake, in stead of apology, the manager simply asked me to come and claim missing pieces. Who has time to drive back for 2 more pieces? I think you have to open your box and count it before leaving the place to avoid this. I dont like this at all.

first there was a bus of children which is okay just ment i waiting in line for a while then i had a women cut the line saying she had a coupon then places her order, this is not right after waiting in line for about 15 minutes just to have service taken away please tell ur cashiers to take people in order and there was no manager around all the rush

Popeyes has the best fried chicken anywhere. Of all the Popeyes restaurants Ive been to, the Palatine Popeyes is the best. The food is consistently good, the restaurant is always clean and the service is always the best.

Better than most Popeyes in the area, with good chicken and good potatoes to boot. Biscuits were a bit too stale, but not everythings perfect at chain restaurants. Id go back if Im in the area and want chicken.

Have visited many times over several years. The staff and manager are very nice and the service and food are excellent. Whenever I ask for "freshly made", they always accommodate.

Love Popeyes. Service is great, at least from this one kid. Dont remember his name, but hes always upbeat and smiling. He usually helps me at the drive up and inside.
