I showed up Saturday night to Taco Bell at about 9:05 pm to dine in. I tried to come in but the door was locked. I looked at they hours and dine in was open until 10:00 pm and drive thru was open until 3:00 am. So I got a little upset because there were people in there dining and they were all just staring at me as I was trying to come in, including the workers. So I got in my car and went through the drive thru. The menu light was turned off and so was the order screen. I go "are you kidding me? Theyre closed?" And a worker rudely says " no were open". I dont think that I need to be the first one to talk, usually theyre the ones to greet you like every nice worker does and asks what youll be getting. So because of this I drove away and have decided that I will no longer go to that Taco Bell. Workers shouldnt close when they want to because they choose to be lazy, they should close at the time its told to.

I wouldnt even give this place 1 star!!! Lets start by saying that the staff is completely incompetent. They cant get your order right, they act like they are annoyed with customers and they are extremely SLOW!! They left an Xlarge spilled drink all over the floor after 4 people said something. The worst part was there was worker eating in the kitchen in plain sight while he prepped food. The only reason he washed his hands and put new gloves on is because I saw him and stared him down. The "manager" on duty told me that they have no store manager and he didnt know how I could get ahold of the district manager. Avoid this place at all costs!!

This may be the slowest Taco Bell ever? I saw many reviews saying the same thing, but it is true. It took nearly 20 minutes to get through the drive though with only 2 cars in front of me. I was hoping that the wait was going to net the most amazing Taco Bell ever (is this possible?) because maybe they put all that time into perfectly crafting my meal? But, no. It was nearly the worst Taco Bell Ive had. The icing on the cake (or is it the fire sauce on the taco?)... I got home only to discover 1/4 of my order missing. This location is a hard pass!

You will always wait forever whether inside or drive thru. Watching the employees says a lot... no sense of time or urgency!!! Ive never seen people move so slow! update: I waited for my cantina bowl for 15mins. while they shuffled around filling orders at their leisure. When I left, the drive thru line was backed up out to the road. I was already too far down the road before discovering they didnt give me a fork.

Very slow for a Taco Bell. The workers are apparently not trained before starting work and they obviously could care less, make food wrong, and LAUGH about it. The food is not made correctly, chips are stale. Ive been here a handful of times, but tonight was the last. I cant believe how it can be bad for this long by reading the other reviews on here and other sites.

It was terrible they forgot 2 items of ours. Then we got home and starting eating unwrapped a steak quesaritto there was one single piece of meat and no cheese in between the two shells. It was an overall terrible expierence, the manager was courteous and comped everything so it was much appreciated but will never be stopping here gain unfortunately :/

Dont go here, slow service as well as bad quality. It truly feels like they dont care at this location. I drive to another one that is further away just get the normal quality expected from TB. This is based on 4+ trips there to give them a chance and each time they have failed consistently.

seriously garbage, i waited there for about 25 minutes after ordering four burritos, one was way overcooked with barely any filling, just burnt tortilla, one they put a bunch of hot sauce, like from the packets, in my burrito which makes no sense and is disgusting, who knows what else they did.

Terrible service, especially in the evening. The food tastes dry and the nachos and cheesy fiesta potatoes always taste like they are fried in old oil. Also, if youre going to the drive through expecting fast and accurate service, youre better of going elsewhere because you wont get neither.

First time giving a review, too bad it must be a bad one. Slowest Taco Bell ever, almost 20 minutes waiting for 2 Cheese Quesadillas with only one order of 4 kids before me (I believe I saw 2 cars in the drive-thru). Its kinda funny. Avoid this place if you see 3 cars in the drive-thru.

Slowest service ever. Waited in line at drive thru for 18 minutes (people behind me left-I wanted to see how long it would take them) and the guy couldnt give me an explanation why it took so long. And then my food was cold after all that waiting around!!

This is as good as the Taco Bell experience gets right here. The service is excellent, the food is extremely fast and superb. A young man named Carlos has served me several times and was great at providing excellent service. A great place to eat!

I gave this Taco Bell a few tries to be sure but every time I eat here my taco shells are cracked and have lots of lettuce and little meat. I realize its taco bell but my food shouldnt look like they sat on it before giving it to me.

Been here several times and it was awful service and slow, but today when we came in it seemed to be under new management and newer employees. Was not busy when we came, but staff was friendly and our food was fast and correct.

This was a great taco bell! They are always short staffed. I feel for them however once it was no longer a corporate store and went to a franchise it went down hill very fast. To bad its a great location.

For whatever reason, this is consistently the slowest Taco Bell in the area. However, the food is usually prepared well. So use the app order ahead or expect to wait 10-15 minutes.

If youre in Elgin and want to go to Taco Bell, go to the one in South Elgin. This restaurant is much nicer than the crummy one on McLean.
