Went their 2 years ago, I was wearing my Vietnam Veterans cap. I ordered our food , the worker looked at my hat and whispered to her co-worker then they started laughing. 10 minutes later I asked about my food and they just laughed again. 2 of the workers stood inside the exit door and started smoking inside the store. I spent almost $15 and I was not leaving without my order. Several other customers came thru and got their orders immediately. I will never ever go back to the Effingham store again.

Nice setup, but the portions are getting smaller and smaller pretty soon the milkshakes will be served n shot glasses like at Wendys... I come for the coffee, which is good, but the term "Wheres the beef" must of been coined here... Oh the tyranny of fast food the New Age of Aquarians will defeat you... Better than most BKs, and a lot better than it used to be. The only thing is changing out their oil a little more often, will notice I get some old oil on fries or chicken a little more often than I should. Other than that, pretty good, fast, and relatively clean.
