Girlfriend Went to pick up 5 simple Items. 5 Simple items and they managed to screw it up and take longer than normal to get the order. 2 Hamburgers, Ketchup Only. I get one cheeseburger and a mushy Hamburger. Only redeeming thing about this whole order was they at least managed to get the fries and onion rings done right. And its not just this Burger King thats been known to screw such a simple order up either, the Burger King On the other side of Army Trail Road by the Jewel Osco has done the same exact thing not too long ago. Burger King in general has turned to utter garbage with product making and people skills. And looking at the other reviews for this place, things havent even changed very much in the last 2 years.

People were nice, fast service but food was luke warm. They made me another, it took just one minute. How do you cook a Burger, dress it, and put it on bun in a minute? Then she doesnt even bring it back out to my table. Too busy talking with family members who came in for a free ice cream.
