I love their classic black bean burger and I find myself going here whenever I crave burgers. So I found a coupon online and took a screenshot of the coupon on my phone before I left from home but completely forgot to show the cashier during the transaction and recalled while we were eating so decided to show afterwards. When I went to the register later, the cashier refused to make an adjustment to the receipt and then the manager ended up doing it saying I couldve found out about the coupon in the restaurant, which I didnt, but he was just a lil rude. But that didnt stop me from going here as their burgers are so yummy and theres no other place like Smashburger.

Came in on Saturday December 5th around 4:15. Waited five minutes with no one to take my order. So I left. Must have been a hectic time with only 2 other customers, and the cooks using profane language loud enough so the paying customers can hear. Anyway went to 5 Guys, great service there, and you dont have to pay for extra for fries. Get your act together, you glorified McDonalds.

Great place for amazing burgers! I recommend the Windy City and the Cholula hot sauce either on your burger or the fries. Sadly they dont have Crystal Louisiana Hot Sauce....anyway place is usually clean, small out door seating; ambience is casual/mellow, and the bathrooms could use some checking up on, usually out of paper, or a mess in general. Other than that—great place to go!

Being a vegetarian, I love their Veggie Black Bean burger. My wife is doesnt like Black bean burgers in general, except for Smashburger. I like that they provide frosted glass with beer and floats. We enjoy the Smash fries & haystack onions.

The food is good and you dont have to empty your trash. But they dont always wipe the tables down after clearing. Bring a rag and your favorite spray cleaner to fully enjoy the dining experience.

Not very fast - the person running the register would stop taking orders and go deliver food. My "melted" cheese was freezing cold and the cheese on my sons grilled cheese was not melted at all.

Love this place, pretty good burger and shakes. Also french fries are good to. Also if you have a smaller apatite try there Chicago Style Hot Dog, the pretzel bun is just excellent.

Bathroom was disgusting and the restaurant was very messy as well. If a place has a dirty bathroom is very likely to have a gross kitchen as well.
