Went there with a coupon for a whopper for $1.69. I added cheese and expected to pay more. Got to window and was told Cheese is $.79 more. Are you freekin kidding me. If you dont want to put the stupid thing on sale, then dont put it on sale. But to "pretend" it is on sale and rip someone off by charging $ .79 for a stupid pc of cheese is beyond moronic. And you wonder why people arent buying your crap any more? Your food is good, but when you attempt to rip people off, you make them not want to buy from you ever again. You only charge $ .20 for a 2nd pc of cheese on the old Double cheesburger. Why $ .79 for a whopper? You suck! PS: I wanted to rate you a zero because of your attempt to rip me off, but the system wouldnt let me.

Terrible experience I ordered a chicken sandwich meal but got a whopper instead after confining 3 times at drive thru speaker. Also ordered 2 double cheeseburgers. Paid for all of this and ended up getting 2 single cheesburgers. How hard can it be to get an order right? And these people want 15 an hour? Not a car before or after me in drive thru... get knowledge of how to take an order and maybe someone will let you get "minimum wage" terrible service!

I ordered three items, a chicken sandwich no lettuce or tomato, a burger and a hot dog. They didnt give me the hot dog, and they made the chicken sandwich wrong. Plus the person I was talking to could not understand me. I had to repeat each thing four or five times and I almost got four combos by mistake. I called the manager to complain and the manager didnt even offer an apology or to replace my food!

Like the people hear, they are always helpful,friendly and courteous. The manager,Neolito doesnt seem to fond of white people but hes always professional. The staff seems to like him alot, theyre all mexican. I really like the food and they have lots of variety that McBurgertown doesnt, yes they are pricey in some ares, good deals in other areas like value menu or dollar menu. Comunist

I mostly lunch here because the outlets at each booth make it convenient to work on my laptop PC there. And the BBQ bacon crispy chicken sandwich is a recent fave, too. I frequently find only two workers manning the store. I consider it perpetually understaffed, leading to incorrect order fulfillment. But the workers are always friendly.

This the second time they got my order incorrect. I stop ordering from Burger King for this exact reason and the food looks unappetising. They must not care. A new building the same poor service. The want feedback and do not include the restaurant code

Got terribly sick after ordering a whopper here two days ago.stuck in bed with possible food poisoning, diarrhea, nausea , stomach cramps and vomiting. Dont go here late at night!!
