a few months ago i came here for six of their dollar burritos, and every one was missing ingredients after it took them 45 minutes to make. Several were the size and shape of a pack of cigarettes. Bite size! I came back today because the line and McDonalds was a mile long. I spent 15 minutes in drive thru before getting the the order microphone, and was then asked yo wait longer to order. There i sat for another 10 minutes, during which time an employee came out and turned the menu around to the lunch selections. As id had PLENTY of time to consider already, this didnt bother me....untill the person on the mic came back and told me they no longer were serving breakfast. At 10:15am? NEVER go here. Its like walking into a home for the mentally disabled, and if this much is wrong from the drive thru line, Id hate to see the conditions in the kitchen.

You will NEVER get service after 12am. I have been there many times between 12am and 3:30am and there is ALWAYS an excuse. (Its shift change, our computers are down, we just switched to breakfast so it will be 35 minutes) one guy even said were only serving breakfast right now and Im not allowed to go outside to switch the menu around. The night shift workers are absolutely pathetic! Once I ordered fries and chicken nuggets, and the lady told me Im sorry but our oven is down.... your OVEN??? what does an oven have to do with fries or nuggets??? Never go to a burger King in mobile Alabama! Or anywhere for that matter!

JUST LIKE ALL SOUTHERN FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS. NO SERVICE, POOR FOOD, AND WHATS THE USE OF EVEN STOPPING THERE AGAIN. When I drove up the the window at 5:35am on a Sunday morning, It seamed I disturbed something. When I got to the window I must have clearly interupted their back room activities. These people dont care at all about the customer. God Help us in America!!!!!!!!

3rd time through the drive thru in 3 months and they havent gotten any better since the first time. Ive spent too much money on this Burger King. They have messed up my order every time. EVERY TIME! Ive vetoing all burger king runs from now on, since I am not getting my moneys worth.

I mostly use the drive thru so cant tell in the inside is clean or not but whenever I buy from this location seems the burger is sometimes made with hate, missing lettuce, bun seems a bit old sometimes and fries sometimes is a bit soggy..so 50/50

If there was a zero Id give it that. Stood at the counter for 8 minutes three people stood looking at me didnt acknowledge me at all. Two people stood in front of the counter talking and never spoke. Horrible customer service.
