Potbelly is always a sure thing. No matter which one you go to, chances are they will all taste the same and youll get the same quality. This one is no different. The location may be a little bit of a pain to get into, as it gets busy during lunch, but its close by many businesses where you may be doing your shopping. The seating area is decent, was clean, and had plenty of open tables, and I went at about 1 p.m. I usually get A Wreck, and I enjoy it. They for some reason no longer have sour cream and onion chips though, so if you like those, dont go to this location because you wont find them.

Clean, fast and speedy sandwiches. I have been coming to this location for over 4 years and the service is always great. The meatball loaded with extra peppers is my favorite. Plenty of seating and outdoor seating for the summer. Place is close to Yorktown mall and in a busy area but parking is never an issue.

Sandwich guy made my meatball sandwich without cheese by mistake. Said he would make me another. Threw the original sandwich away and then told me they didnt have any more meatballs. I would have eaten the original sandwich if he hadnt thrown it away.

Its solid during lunchtime. Still dont understand why they need 6 full rows of DIET Half and Half Snapple but no regular (non-diet) Snapple... Also, stop asking every person that comes in if they want to try whatever new sandwich youre promoting.

Good sandwiches and friendly staff but always super crowded to the point where getting a table is a bit of a crapshoot. Getting out of the parking lot can be a challenge as well because the area is so busy.
