Went in thru the drive thru and i was placing my order when i tried to add another item that i already had on the order just wanted more and an of diffrent kind so then the person behind the speaker says i fuken hate when customers do that not knowing that i can could still hear her so then i was like who are you talking to she said not you and i just said never mind and drove off. Very rude experience first time in this town and i get treated horrible at this establishment never again will i come here. Time of incident was 5:55pm the person in the drive thru at this time on this day does not deserve a customer service job.

I didnt even like KFC before because the popcorn chicken in the famous bowls were either dry, undercooked or old at every location I went to. But this KFC ALWAYS has their chicken fresh along with the corn and mashed potatoes in the bowl...absolutely delicious every time. My mother also gets their pot pies from here & says the same thing. Im sure their fried chicken is the same way. Customer service is great too, if there is a problem (which is rare) they compensate you with a free dessert or meal. Been coming here for many years now, definitely the best KFC in the south suburbs!

The drive through is very awkward. It is on the passenger side of the car and the food was very Bland and it did not taste like KFC at all.
