Okay so I ordered a BBQ Chicken Sandwich last week and it wasnt very good. I thought to myself that maybe the cook just had a bad day or they hired a new guy. So I gave them another chance. I went again and ordered a Chicken Parmesan Sandwich. This was the worst sandwich I have had in a very long time. It literally tasted like it was made 2 days ago and microwaved. I will not be returning. Oh and they always forget stuff. Bad business ethic.

The cashier was very unpleasant and did not even say thank you. The manager on duty was standing there as I placed my order and laughed and told the cashier "he would change. her." After a twenty minute drive. This will be my last experience at this restaurant. Good customer service is everything!!!!

Big fan of the 10 pc roasted chicken. Although the food is great, the service is less than sub-par. There seems to be a trend of getting orders wrong and not admitting fault on the cashiers end which is truly unprofessional.

It truly is one of the best restaurants in Chicago, it has something for everyone. The food is always made fresh and hot, and made with so much flavor. Ive tried both sides of the place. Go try it you wont be disappointed.

This is a great spot with a nice mix of fried wings and fish or wonderful pasta dishes like chicken parmesan. The Chef is engaging and the staff is efficient. One of my favorites in Chicago.
