The employees barely acknowledge your presence on earth and then only when they are done with their conversations with coworkers. They were out of regular fried chicken. So my son ordered the chicken strips. Apparently the fryer had been turned off and he had to wait over 20 minutes for his food. When the order finally came to the window no one was there to hand it to him. Good thing this restaurant is in a tourist attraction because if they werent they would be closed in no time.

Wow that chicken is spicy (obviously I got the spicy chicken and not the original). Its got to be some kind of cayenne pepper rub they dust on the chicken that gives it that heat. But its good. I just wish they had more sides than fries

Spicy chicken sandwich was yummy but customer service skills are sorely lacking. Also the pop tastes over chlorinated and watered down (tried root beer and Sierra Mist)

One of Lettuce Entertain Yous newest restaurants. Its a small outpost in Navy Pier. All of their chicken is amazing - be sure to enjoy it with a rootbeer float.
