Very much hit or miss. The service here is just plain awful, its like this place has a job requirement that all cashiers be just plain rude and unfriendly. Like I get it, you hate your job, but as a PAYING customer thats not my fault nor my concern. I usually get the jumbo shrimp w/ extra lemon pepper, theyre normally good, but the regular 1lb of shrimp is really hit or miss... This last batch of shrimp I had tasted like they had feathers??? Also, the chicken is just plain awful in all forms (wings, tenders,etc.) Theyre small and they always taste like theyve been cooked and reheated... The good thing is that they have a mild sauce station in the corner, where you can get as much mild sauce as you can pump... The bad news is if youre going to have a station like this, then you must keep it clean! How the hell am I supposed to feel comfortable getting sauce from a station where mild sauce is everywhere? On the "clean" cups and tops that were supposed to use to get the sauce, all over the wall and floor surrounding the station???? Just plain terrible, buyer beware.

I stay in South Holland near this Sharks, and one weekend I decided to call in an order and when I called the young lady that answered the phone answered and told me that they werent taking any call in order, and that I would have to come in to place an order. I have never heard of such a thing as not placing an order over the phone. I decided to go in to the store to place my order that way I could ask why I couldnt call it in. I placed my order and then asked the cashier why werent they accepting call in orders and she said that it was because she was too busy, now Im confused because Im looking around the store and there are only two other customers.......REALLY. while I was sitting waiting on my order there were still people calling trying to place an order and they were told the same thing. The customer service sucks and the chicken was over cooked and I didnt get extra lemon pepper like I asked. I will not be returning to this location the customer service SUCKS! If you have a bad attitude the you definitely dont need to work a customer service job!

Got the chicken wings. They were hard and tiny like pigeon wings. But mainly the service was really awful. Cashier was busy chatting up her buddies and giving away food. Seems she really didnt want to serve us. When she did notice we were there and wanted service she tried to rush us through as she kept chatting up her buddies and discussin "hittin that chronic" when she got off work. Just some sad a** service. Wont be going back there.

The counter service is very good; friendly and chatty with me, kidding around. I like that. I always get the tenders and they are the plumpest and juiciest chicken around. Nothing better. Fries are OK but flavored with their seasoning make them good. Always call in your order ahead of time and pick it up on the way home. Almost always ready when I get there, except on Friday night rushhour.

the wings was good but the service wasnt all that. they give you ONE packet of ranch for 9 wings... they give you a stale ass piece of bread. im upset that this was my first time eating this & they just didnt listen to my request. ill never go back to this one again. it was the guy with the greenish eyes.

Its normally a friendly place to come in but tonight felt different. The cashier was eye balling my little sister like crazy like she really made her feel unwelcome . People dont know if looks could kill my sister would be dead 5 times lol smh lbvvs
