I live down the street from this Sharks and I have been eating here for years. The chicken is amazing. Last night, I ordered something different, mozzarella sticks and a gyro pizza puff. Ill stick with the chicken from now on. The mozrella sticks were tasty but the gyro pizza puff tasted and looked disgusting I could taste that is was fried in fish grease. The main reason I gave the business a one star rating is because an employee was arguing with a customer. I do believe the customer was in the wrong, but to have a ten minute argument in a packed restaurant on a Saturday night is very unprofessional. After the customer left the employee was still talking about it to everyone in the store. I mentioned to the manager he shouldnt have let that happen and he said he asked her to be quiet. I told him I was going to write a negative review. Im happy that the resuturaunt was remodeled not too long ago and looks really nice. Poor customer service and stick with chicken or fish. Ill return though I like the food and I know customer service isnt something they succeed in.

This was my first visit, at about an hour before closing, but there were a few customers before and after me. Even so, the cashier didnt seem very interested in taking any further orders, as she had her elbow leaned onto the counter for most of our transaction. I would not have been able to understand that they were only taking cash payments at the time, if she hadnt pointed in the direction of the ATM while mumbling. At least the chicken was good, and the fellows working in the back seemed to keep busy, because the service was terrible.

Food was horrible! Thin, dry chicken renders. The catfish nuggets were small and tasted old Everything tasted like nail polish! The food made the lemon pepper taste bad. Service was average. Girls like that really dont smile or offer superior customer service, anyway. Dont waste your money.

I eat here fairly regularly. Never had a problem with the food or the customer service. Admittedly I only order the fish or chicken but that is their main menu. Gave it four stars because the food is reliably consistent, but nothing amazing.

I will never buy any food from this place. They are rude as heck. I called to price a pan of wings and they told me that they didnt have the number of wings I was requesting. As I was asking what size pans they had the woman hung up on me.

All in all the food is great, its the location that sucks. Be prepared to have people ask for change and a bunch of nonsense when you go to get your food from here. All in all, still worth it.

It was tasty however the kitchen was a mess. Im not sure what caused my diarrhea but I had it the next day after I ate here. hopefully it was something else and not this place.

When we visit from Northern MN, closer to Canada than Minneapolis, we get a pan of wings and a pan of Catfish fillets. Have never been disappointed.
