I ordered and paid for my order online, was 30 minutes late arriving to pick up my food, and it still wasnt ready. To add insult to injury, after the old Jamaican cook gave me my food, he demanded that I give it back because he said I didnt pay for it. I told him that I paid for it online and he further insulted me, and told me that his restaurant, the restaurant that I ordered from online, was not related to his place of business, then stated, lady, are you going to give me back my food? He continued to demand that i give back his food for a couple of minutes, then finally someone who works there and knew about the online payment, stepped in and confirmed my payment. She apologized for the mix up, but the guy was so nasty towards me that I was not sure if I wanted to eat food prepared by him. Besides that, I lost my appetite. I wish I could give a review on the food, but I couldnt get past the rude service to even taste it.

I love the food here my first time going was 7/19/17 and I have already been back today with my mom and church leaders. It was only one thing I didnt like, and that was THE RUDE cashier. I just feel like when Im paying for something why do you (cashier) have to be so rude, it cost you nothing to be polite.

First time going there and the food was absolutely amazing. I could actually feel the food warm up my heart and stomach. Id definitely recommend going there and do not go to the one in calumet city. Youre going to be disappointed it wont give you the same feel as this one

I wish I could write them a zero.... that would be no stars because theyre not too bright they always get the order wrong and I mean always get the order wrong most of the time of food that we do to eat from there is good but its usually not what we ordered

The strangest jamaican resturant ever.....you come into the store thinking you ordering buffet.....you place your order and someone comes out the back with your food....make you ask what the hell is the food on display....just for decorations....STRANGE

This used to be one of the best jerk chicken resturant.No they just fell off completely.The food was not jerk and the staff dosent care how the chicken is made.I mean can you say jerk chicken not bake chicken...Jerk Villa is the best in the city...

the jerk wasnt all that good it didnt taste authentic and the sides were more soul than caribbean. . .i didnt enjoy it at all to be honest I was disappointed. I recommend Jamacian Jerk Villa the food there is authentic and sides are also.!

Loved this place until they gotten order wrong I ordered the ox tail dinner with broccoli and string beans they gave me my string beans and cabbage and she was on the phone when she took my order I was pissed but they were nice about it

Im not saying everyone experience was awesome but mines was. I order a whole chicken and a small redbeans extra gravy im a jerk villa fan but they were awesome i love it till it was finish. I swear ill be back

1/4 Chicken and a bottle of Ting, all for $6.30. And be prepared for your nose to run a little after trying to Jerk sauce.. It will NOT disappoint ;) Overall Grade: B

The beans and rice tasted strange. The broccoli was bland and according to my 7 year old who loves mac and cheese, the macaroni and cheese tasted like nacho cheese.

Dont know about this location but the one on 51st n Halsted is terrible. Not authentic at all! Tast like barbeque chicken with some not so great sauce
