The workers are very disrespectful the manager did not want to replace my order after they messed it up my milkshake came back melted my fries were hard my burger was not done the way I asked it to be done my catfish nuggets were not the quantity they said they were as well as my gizzards and because I was out at 3 in the morning getting food and traveling back home I didnt want to come back they will not give me another order for free or give me my money back mind you I spent $31 there I want my money back or my food recooked or I will call the department of health and safety on this company.

I ordered an italian beef through uber eats and they sent me a dry ass sandwhich I cant even fix..it haa meet and cheese with nothing else..in my notes I asked for extra peppers and they did not put any at all on here. I called to ask about this and was informed that peppers dont come on italian beefs thats extra..I then explained that there was no option to add that and was informed that was Ubers fault. Since when did italian beefs come without peppers? Never will I spend another penny there!

Horrible customer service. I watched an employee wipe down the tables with the same towel she used to wipe the seats with. AND THE TABLES WERE NOT CLEAN AFTER SHE FINISHED. We waited over 30 minutes for our order. They employees didnt seem to really grasp the fact that customers would like their food in a reasonable manner. Theres no accountability here. I do not recommend going here if youre looking for fast food and some sort of customer service

Food is good, but dependents on the cook your food is not made the same way nor taste the same way....Philly crisp wrap steak tasted different from the other times Ive order.....chicken okay. Fried chicken is good at lunch time or when(fresh oil) has been changed. What I dislike is the impatient cashier when ordering over the phone. To much traffic and attention draw around besides paying customers.

Im not surprised look where their located, they put this crap in our neighborhoods know they will sell cause most women dont take the time out to cook their families a nice, hot, homecooked meal, anyway food was terrifying, I was scared to eat my 7pc jumbo shrimp that cost a total of $18.56 smh no napkins, fork or anything. The French fries texture is like a crab leg hard asf taste like burnt ass.

They have great food but Ive been put on hold several times in the last hour, was trying to get food delivered but it ended at 8:30. Thats the down side about them I dont know if they are to busy to take customers order over the phone or they just have lazy employees. Either way its a lose, lose situation for them because of the delivery time limit and bad employment.

Great chicken tenders! Best in the nation! Carries a host of other sandwiches also - gyros, hamburgers, catfish, etc. Owned by a Jamaican family that is truly focused and business-oriented! Location is reasonably safe for Chicago so dont listen to those that whisper "you know what race if people live in that area".

I am so disappointed! The quality of the food and service has gone down as fast as the menu has expanded.

I literally just tried calling them and the person hung up on me twice. I was just calling to ask about the different combos and prices of their food. The female associate who answered twice told me to hold on, then she hung up on me. Can you say rude much! Never ordering or referring a friend there.

I had called in an order to be picked up a two hours ahead of time like they asked, they were very late in preparing the order I had to wait an extra 45 mins for which the event was in 30 mins. They need more organization when orders are called in.
