Just started going here often recently and foods awesome and service is usually great. Except for my experience this morning when I asked for a bonafide box and was told it wasnt sold anymore only to be successfully ordered by the person behind me. Mustve been a misunderstanding and misheard but I was disappointed with my #6 which was basically the same thing except one side less, a drink I didnt want, and $2 more. I know its a little problem that doesnt deserve the least bit of complaining but just a little tidbit that frustrated me that entailed me to write this review. Nevertheless, still going to give it a good rating for my other visits were impeccable. Also, Alena(?) is always a delight when shes working and she really adds to the positivity of this location. thumbs up!

I love Popeyes but I am too often disgusted by the cleanliness of both the restaurant and staff at all Popeyes. This place has been open a month and is not yet that filthy, but the front counter staff are clearly in need of a shower and deoderant. The girl that took my order looked like she hadnt washed her hair in months, she actually had matted hair. I can only be fearful of the kitchen staffs hygiene. The counter staff was not rude, but clearly not concerned with serving customers. Use of inappropriate language among themselves, etc. Cleaner than the Elk Grove village location, dirtier than Palatine.

clean store, fresh food, unfortunately the customer service could be a little better. I came in for lunch asked for the special that was posted on the window the manager seemed confused so I pointed at the sign surf and turf instead he asked the cook to drop fish I explained no I want the surf and turf its with chicken tenders and shrimp he was mad at me however he didnt know his own menu and shoved the food at me when the order was completed. so sad for a nice franchise

Service and attitude was horrible. We ordered some tenders and other items and we get home. We open the bag and find no tenders so we have to drive all the way back (around 10 miles). Just for the manger to not even say sorry but give us 1 extra ranch and 2 tenders extra. That’s not even worth the gas expense to get there. I would not recommend.

I thought the lady tAking my order was doing a great job until i get my bag they had forgot extra sauce i orderd and my side which i told them about but once i get home i notice they forgot the extra biscuits i had paid for! They need to double check orders before handing them out. Its starting to snow, not worth driving back for my biscuits!

Has a weird smell each time I have came in here, which has been twice. First time thought maybe because of the recent flooding but still has a smell to the restaurant. Employees are relaxed at this location and make more food so they can rest in the lobby.

The food here was alright but the location was poorly run. The manager seemed like he wanted nothing to do with customers and there was no napkins or silverware out for patrons. Also, there service was much slower than to be expected at a place like this.

This location is not organized. I love popeyes food, but i avoid this location even though i live a few blocks away. The way the store is kept and the staff make it an unpleasant experience. This location wont last if they dont get their act together.

Bad service, this place had no courtesy at all, and when asked about service.. just walk away and went to managers office. I would think this place would enjoy having your service not treat you with attitude.. just my opinion.

Alena and Gaby and all of the night crew are wonderful they keep the store clean and they are always understaffed but they always manage to put on a good and friendly service. They are much better then the morning crew there.

Very long wait, foods never ready even at high eating hour, check your orders they get them wrong a lot. Never any Mac and cheese. Workers always standing talking. 20 to 30 min every time for carry out.
