Went to burger King on belvedere Rd in waukegan il 1 hrs and a half ago. I went to the drive thru because I thought it was faster but no. That was almost an hour long wait. After a wile I wanted to go inside to ask for my money back. But there were 4 cars ahead of me and 2 behind me so I just had to stay and wait. I Asked for there store id number and they refused to give me one. I checked the recite to see if they had one and it did not have one they did not even have a survey code to get a free whopper after a survey.

Not so good. They always park you and make you wait a lot. So i guess is better for them to keep their time than having customers waiting for almost 10 min. And at the end you end up not getting what u wanted but you dont want to wait 10 more minutes.

Really slow and like the very end of my new crispy chicken sandwich was very salty and my fries was old need more workers here and yes they do mess up orders as much as i love bk wont be coming to this location again

If you can do this Burger King the dining room is very dirty make sure you ask for fresh food this s*** is crazy instead of standing around Be Cleaning. I had to clean my own table off when I came here
