I went there for the first time ever.The place was really dirty and the staff was rude. I had the pizza and it was just okay. Definitly not worth the price. They gave us stale bread in a basket to begin with. Our waitress was the only one who was friendly, but took a long time to get us things like the check. This was extremely frustrating because there were at least 6 workers sitting in the front of the restaurant at tables just talking to each other and eating food. I do not know why they needed that many workers when there were only 3 tables full on a friday around dinner time, but if they did, than you would expect them to be attending to those 3 tables and they werent.(which is probably why the place was empty) I saw the manager walk past us many times not even looking at our table or asking how we were doing which I thought was very unprofessional. Overall, there were bearly any positives about prima la pizza and I will not be going there again.

Love this restaurant!!! This place has consistently been my familys favorite for the last 10 years. The manager John, althoug chunky, is always a delight to talk to as he is filled (literally) with interesting antidotes and tails of his triumphs and blunders. While the food is our main reason for our continued patronage, the service has never been short of perfection. From the kind waitresses to the extremely handsome phone guys, I am never unsatisfied with the staff. Another notable aspect would be the speedy and cheap delivery service for when my family isnt feeling the rush and buzz of going out into Hillsides night life. I hope you see how high this restaurant sets the bar by my passionate review.

The food was ok, they brought out warm bread in the beginning which was good. I asked if the fried mushrooms were prepared there or frozen, he said they were frozen (at least he was honest), so I skipped them and stuck to the bread. I had a salad, spaghetti with marinara sauce and a tiramisu for dessert. The upside is, the portions were a nice size. They werent overwhelming but didnt skimp either. The most positive experience was my server. Although I rated the food as 3 star, he was 5 star, really great. I would go again. Its not a place I would rave about, but a nice place to stop in and try different dishes.

店內里的環境難得安靜寬敞。 前菜我們要了龍蝦餃子和炸軟殼蟹，餃子的龍蝦味道濃郁，湯汁恰到好處並不會過膩。 主菜是經典的帶子比目魚和藍鰭吞拿魚。比目魚一側烤的焦脆，而魚肉非常厚身，每一口都很紮實，充滿魚肉香甜。

Everytime I dine in or carry out from Prima, Ive had great service and delicious food. Phone girls,manager,waitresses have all been attentive and friendly. You can taste the difference when a restaurant gets quality ingredients versus generic wholesale vendor products. From the bread in the beginning to my dessert,gelato and tiramisu, at the end,it was all very satisfying. If you are anywhere near the area, I recommend a stop to Prima.

LOVE the food here (pizza, pasta, panzerotti, and salmon) and eat here frequently, but unfortunately the service is just AWFUL. I once complained about the service and came to find out the person providing the poor service WAS the manager :( not much you can do about that. Either way we continue to come back and usually get delivery.

My co-workers and I eat here all the time. Love it! Excellent food, great service, friendly, clean environment and fair prices. Cant beat it. They make you feel like youre eating at home with family! Everything Ive tried here is delicious, from the sandwiches to the pizza to the dinner entrees. Highly recommend!

Moved out here a couple of years ago from the city and have tried almost every pizza place within 10 miles. Prima is definitely one of the best! Ive never eaten at the restaurant, but it looks nice in there when Ive gone to pick it up. Delivery is faster than quoted most of the time, as well.

The pizza is really good. It seems like a family owned. Its very clean and quite inside. The prices are moderate for a restaurant of this kind even though the pizza itself is a little expensive. I would go there again.

Was there Saturday night for dinner for the first time. Shortly after we arrived, the crowd came in and there were no tables available. Food was great, service was also great. We will definitely be returning.

This was my first time ordering from Prima la Pizza. Delivery was super fast, food was excellent, really huge portions for the price in my opinion. Highly recommend and I will surely be a repeated customer!

We had a private party here. The owners were extremely easy to work with and everything went smoothly on the day of the event. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious!

Some of their dishes are not bad, like chicken parm. Most others mediocre at best. Menu/Service do not match prices. Wine is way to high, and owner complains of how little he sells.

The fish was ok. The pizza crust and sauce were not that great. Unfortunately the cook forgot to put a hair net on cause the food had hair in it so gross.
