"내 인생 최악의 식당". 대 갈비 5인분 시켰는데 양도 문제지만 뼈 따로 옆에 고기는 미리 잘라서 나왔는데 드라이 되었고 두께가 불고기정도로 얇은데 숯 불의 화력은 엄청 강하고 구워주는 서비스 없었고. 보리물에는 귤껍질 조각이 둥둥 떠 있었서 리턴 시켰고 몇 번을 불러야 오고, 밥그릇은 된장 뚝배기 위에 얹어 나오는데( 물론 밥공기 바닥이 된장국에 담긴 상태) 너무 비위생적이다. 후식으로 귤과 딸기 잘라 나왔는데 딸기 위에 이쑤시개라도 몇 개 꽂아서 나와야지 손으로 집어 먹으라는 건지...., 아들이 계산하며 "이게 오 인분이었어요? " 깜짝 놀란다. 어쨌든 큰 뼈는 다섯 개 나왔다. 손님 접대하는 자리만 아니면 정말 "자리 박차고 나오고 싶은 질과서비스"

Ive been to Korea, and have had Korean BBQ at about 20-25 different Korean restaurants across the U.S. and nothing even comes CLOSE to the quality and taste of the food at New Seoul. My wife and I have been going here since the 90s and it is hands-down our favorite restaurant, bar-none. We look forward to eating there and plan our week around it. The bul-ko-gi is fantastic. The pon-chon (all the little side dishes) never stops coming, and if you want more of any of the dishes, you just ask for more and they dont charge you extra! Korean is the "final frontier" in Asian cuisine, and Ive been systematically bringing all my friends & neighbors with us for a try. They always leave there amazed! Best of all, my wife is diabetic and nearly all the food has a low glycemic index, so she has near perfect blood sugars after eating here. My only comment to the negative is that the servers speak very limited English, and unless you speak Korean, you have to be a bit assertive to get the attention you need if you want something from the server.

The food wasnt bad, the service was, and the prices were terribly expensive (for what you get). Two people costs about $60. the seating was pretty uncomfortable and the server was clearly uncomfortable speaking English. Honestly, if my rating was just about the food it would be a solid 3/5, but the experience is so much more than that. I also received my soda half way through the meal, no free refills here, folks! The waitress spent the majority of our meal playing with her phone, she only checked on us once and we did have to go to them to ask for the check. Part of me wants to tip the scales away from 4 stars because it is grossly overpriced and honestly it should not be 4/5.

We had so much fun coming here for dinner with my mom! We tried bulgoki and bbq pork (pretty much korean bacon, yum!) To cook on a charcoal bbq on the table. It came with a huge variety of little bowls of vegetables and condiments. We especially loved the bean paste, the onion and lettuce salad and the spicy pickle! Everyone at the restaurant was so friendly and attentive- bringing more tea, offering ordering advice, and extra veggies. Ill definitely be back!

We just got off a long international flight and were looking for lunch with an outdoor table so we could sit with our dogs. The lady working was super sweet and helpful. We ordered a few plates to share (Korean pancake, bulgogi pork, and fried rice with shrimp). She went above and beyond and kept bringing us things to try. She even brought out rib scraps to feed our dogs and some melon after we finished eating. Great food, amazing staff.

I would have to say this is by far one of the best customer service and Korean food Ive ever had... I know others complained about the bad service but today we had a guy who was so attentive and so polite. He really was considerate and hospitable and the food was great and authentic! All my husband had to say was "This is soooo good" the whole time we were there.

BEST KOREAN BBQ IS THE SUBURBS!!! I love this place. Local family owned location that just cannot be beat! The food is outstanding. The side plates including kimchi are always flowing and always a delight. My personal favorite is the marinated ocutopus and chicken. The staff is alwas on hand. Clean location. Plenty of parking!

Great food, and probably the only open Korean restaurant in the suburbs. The service was excellent, and were very helpful and understanding, since we havent tried Korean food before. Note that they have the bbq pit in each table as well, so their selection looks apt.

Whenever we have a craving for authentic Korean food, we would go to New Seoul. The owner and staff always made us feel welcomed and the food is consistently delicious! Our must have favs are seafood pancake, kalbi and kalbi soup (spicy and not spicy)!

I loved it!! Excellent Decor very nice people.. live guitar player and he also plays the piano it was lovely. An being from Texas we dont have anything like this, I loved it a lot! The food is awesome it reminded me of my heritage.. Great place to visit!

First time at a Korean BBQ so it was interesting. Seemed pricey at first but the amount of food you get it is well worth it. Food was good but cooking yourself is a lot of work so let them do the cooking and enjoy.

Didnt get to try the food. Waited in the dining room to be served for over 10 minutes. The workers saw us but did not come over to serve us. Even after calling out for assistance 3 times. Gave up and left.

The food here was great. Very authentic. We were seated in a corner area that wasnt very visible so we had some trouble getting service and the check at the end but great otherwise.

Dont order too much! Portions are very large. Go with a group! Excellent service, great food, and real charcoal grill. No gas grills! Love this place!

Food is great, its also the only coal Korean BBQ place around, they were grandfathered in. The lady is a bit grumpy but the food is awesome!

Great place to eat with friends. You can grill meats and enjoy good drinks with friends. They even have karaoke but not all the time.
