I am beyond frustrated with the Darien location. A few weeks ago I placed a phone in, I was there at the pcik up time and still waited 15 minutes for my food (chicken tenders and soup). Today I was appalled!!! I placed a phone in order at 6:45, I ordered chicken renders, a hot dog, soup and mashed potatoes. First off the gentleman who took my order spoke very broken english and I had to repeat myself 3 times. He told me a pick up time of 15 mins. So I am there at 7:05 in the drive thru. Order was placed, people are leaving the DT with their food they ordered at the speaker and I am waiting for food I called ahead for. After waiting in the DT for 20 minutes (time is 7:25) I go inside and ask to speak to a manager. A ported came up and asked if I was being helped and one of the girls handing out the food brought a manager to me. I told him my order, how upset I was, he told me it would still be another 5 minutes for my food. Are you kidding me!! I ordered ahead of time and I am being made to wait!? Its chicken tenders!! They take 4 minutes to cook. Nothing in my order takes long to prepare. NOTHING! I told the manager I wanted my money back, I dont have time to wait around for this. He didnt even apologize. I will never come back to this location again. Both gentleman managers are arrogant and unhelpful. The woman manager seemed more concerned than these two gentleman. Never again. I am posting a review on facebook and yelp and whatever other social media outlets to voice this concern. The manager didnt offer an apology or any compensation. If I had been waiting a few minutes I wouldnt want anything, but waiting a half an hour for chicken tenders is ridiculous! Receipt # 219

Found this place in my bbq map search and immediately thought no. Going from the pictures of the interior, I was imagining steamed meat dripping with watery sugar sauce. As luck would have it. 2nd day on set they did the catering. It was delicious. You could smell the smoke the second the container was opened. The sauce is sweet but not overboard at all. The chicken skewers where spot on. Moist tender some of the best Ive had. Greek salad with giant chunks of feta. Roasted potatoes had a nice sauce and flavor. Skip the corn. Over boiled and plan.

Being from the south, Im extremely picky about BBQ! Ribs in particular and beyond picky about mac-n-cheese (i know its weird). Well this place definitely delivered the goods! I got the ribs and brisket combo with loaded mac-n-cheese & coleslaw and its was beyond my expectations, beyond what i would expect back home (the south)...i cant wait to come back as theres so much more on the menu i have to trt! Seriously, stop reading and go eat there!!!...NOW!!

This place is the perfect lunch spot for big groups because their menu is so diverse theres guaranteed to be something that everyone will like. Ive tried several different things and theyve all been awesome! Im not usually a soup lover but their Chicken and rice soup is AMAZING. My only complaint is that I wish they wouldnt charge a fee for "free water" when going through the drive-thru...

The cream soup was alright. The Monterey burger could of used a little more sauce maybe on the side. Other than that the service was great super fast with the food. It got to my table before I could even get my drink filled. One last thing like most restaurants it would be nice to add a little more of a variety of diet drink choices to the fountains for the diabetic crowed out there.

I enjoy the food so I keep coming back but it is a complete waste to order ahead. Order kabobs over the phone and was told 15 minutes. I got to the place 20 minutes after my call. I hear and see them give the kabobs to the lady in front of me. I have to sit in line for additional 20 minutes. It does not take 40 minutes to make kabobs.

Very good ribs... Super tender... Awesome flavor. If I am ever craving ribs and dont want to grill... To the patio I will go. Those are backyard ribs. Good price but the sides are limited, kinda wish the sides were open to the sides on the rest of the menu. Very pleased with my order! Will revisit soon with an empty stomach

Wait staff have been doing this so long they have lost enthusiasm. Food dry and bbq sauces all on the side rather than soaked in the meat. Side dishes stale. Wine/drink list extensive but very traditional. Ambient temperature very warm leading to easy overheating with any alcohol consumption. Nice restrooms.

Just got done eating lunch with my elderly grandparents... Had a great time! The food was good and the service was excellent. The servers helped to refill my grandpas coffee and got a candle for my grandmas birthday cake. Harriet was especially helpful and kind to them, so we could keep visiting. Thank you!

Usually really good but this place has gone steadily downhill over the years. The food quality has gone down while the prices continue to increase. 2 1/2 slabs and a $4 app and no drinks $37 plus tax, not a great deal. I will say they have the best fried zucchini around, amazing garlic sauce.

We were in town for a work conference and we decided to try The Patio for lunch. We were very pleased with the food as well as the atmosphere. Our group had dishes including brisket, pulled pork, grilled chicken and the chopped salad. All of the food was served fresh and delicious.

The locals rave but frankly the ribs are just ok. The wide open seating smacks of a large McDonalds. If you are driving by its worth a stop and taste but its certainly no place Id pick for destination dining. Service is just ok as well. Tables frequently not cleaned off.

Great place with a very comfortable atmosphere, shrimp appetizer was very tasty, the chicken sandwich I got was good, however, it tasted a little dry. I did not get a chance to try the apple pie but I heard that it is amazing. Gotta try it next time

Be careful when you order ribs. They are good but twice in the last month my half slab only contained five ribs. A half slab should be six or seven ribs.. I mentioned it after the second time and the manager said thats the way they come.

Great place to grab a quick meal, salads are good, burgers and sandwiches as well, it is a local chain so quality is consistent and the service is great as well. You order and then have a seat and they bring you your food.

The food and the patio is consistently good. The ribs are not fall off the bone type of ribs, but still delicious. Good onion rings, good cream of rice and chicken, good pulled pork sandwich and delicious tacos.

Its a nice place. I would have servers and menus, if you are not familiar with the menu you feel rushed and no sure about what to order. Having a server helps have time to decided and know whats on the menu.
