I have never tasted hot links as good as the ones they cook. So why the 1 star, so many issues I dont know where to begin. I will start with the service, is just terrible the people who work their have the worst attitudes imaginable. The prices are ridiculous for the amount of food they give you, 2 hot links or actually 1 cut in half and a few fries for basically $15.00 and then on top of that you wait forever even when you call ahead. But good luck with trying to get someone to answer the phone. There is little to no parking, the parking lot is already shared with a bar anyway. On the weekend you may find yourself parking behind the bar, so much for safety. As much as I love how their hot links taste and have been on the hunt for many years, I cant find any that taste as good. One last detail, dont go to early trying to beat the crowd or you will get ribs and hot links that taste like it was warmed up from the previous night. What a shame, what happened to this place over the years, because the food is really good but not worth the hassle or prices.

This is the worst service in american history,,,, I put my order in at 2pm to be picked up at 7pm,,I ordered a jumbo pan of tips for a party wen I arrived the girl behind the counter told me it wasnt ready ,,n I needed to wait 30 min R U SERIOUS,, Then she looked at me like its my fault ,,I explained I paid at 2 and was told it will be ready then she rolled her ugly eyes at me,,,I told her if u was a man I wud have broken ur jaw,,fortunate the young guy on the register apologize for her ,,but thats the worse service n history ,,I hope they go out of business,, my advice is dont patronize a place that dont respect costumers

I went to this place for lunch today and I was blown away by the chow. This place doesnt look great but the food was awesome. I had the Tip and Link lunch combo (mild), it was like $7.50. Luckily we had extra napkins in the car since they skimpped on those. The sauce was killer, The links were very flavorful, and the Rib Tips were dynomite. If i didnt live 30 miles away from this palce i would visit again. They should probably get some Picnic tables to eat on, and perhaps a few more garbage cans. Like I said, Look past the building, Youre going for the Food.

Nothing was right. First time going and I ordered turkey tip turkey link combo. Fries were ice cold as if they were sitting all day & the tips eere bland all bone no meat which is rare for turkdy. They drowned them in the sauce to try to cover up the lack of seasonong and the link was not done. The entire order was horrible and when I called back the mgr said they could redo the order but no refund. I live 200 south and the gas I have to burn to go replace the garbage is not worth it. I guess my dogs might like it since its mostly bones anyway.

2.4 out of 5! Finally, reviews that are trustworthy. This place is a big fail! I order a large tip and chicken wings. The ribs tips, in my humble but knowledgeable opinion, were boiled. Hey, there aint a fine line between being moist and mushy. Just sayin! However, the chicken was ok. I grew up on the Southside in a period when you could easily have 4 rib joints in a square mile. The competition kept the quality and cost honest. Sadly, not anymore.

We went on a Sat night before closing, ordered 6wings and fries...when I say HORRIBLE, I MEAN HORRIBLE!! The wings were old and spoiled, oh I wish I could post a pic. Called the next morning, they offered to replace my order. Not only were this same batch spoiled as well, fries were hard, no seasoning on meat,and service is extremely poor. They lack customer service skills and seriously the Health Department should consider shutting them DOWN ASAP!!

Years ago they wouldve received 5*but because of the extreme high prices they charge now and low quantity of food portion Im disappointed now...I dont know if the prices were raised because of the competition next door (I57bbq) but if there prices was lowered,better customer service and precooked dry fries,and hot BBQ sauce was actually HoT there demand would be off the charts

Best barbecue.. more like Best Bag of Bones Ordered a large turkey tip and link, and literally received pieces of gristle, barely any meat and lots of fat. I believe these may be turkey tails even. Links were overcooked and dry but the sauce was excellent. Waste of money and service was not all that great either. Dont waste your time. Kennys turkey ribs are ALOT better.

Best B- BQ. What a joke. I just got a small order of rib tips that consisted of two tips chopped up as thin as french fries and some little burnt pieces mixed all up under a mound of fries. This has happened before, but I thought Id just caught them on a bad day. It was terrible and I wouldnt have served that food to a dog. They should be ashamed .

Terrible customer service, waaayyyy overpriced and food is at best mediocre!! The sauce and hotlinks are good but out ragously overpriced. Fifth Avenue the maker of the hotlinks are the best authentic links that are in the Chi but what these folks charge is highway robbery!! Ill never pay these prices for this less than acceptable food and service!!

Horrible..I purchased rib tips and chicken.when I got home the chicken was old and cold an the tips looked like pulled pork or minced meat..called back and the response I got from the manager was like it was my fault.I have been a customers for years but Im done with Best barbecue you are the worst!!!!

6/4 ordered two large turkey tips with mild I got one with hot. I live in Indiana I spoke to some gentleman who wasnt allowed to give his name, first If your the manager and you handling business you state the name dont play with me food is over priced for it not to be fixed correctly

First experience was great. Last two were horrific! Ordered a slab due to inconsistency of tenderness for tibs. Slab had "tip" connected. Meat was dry, tough and old. Called to complain and left number for return call from owner...never received a call.

Food is good...but customer service sucks. I called at 10:20 to place an order, they refused to take the order. Said they close at 11... do I drive there and doors locked at 10:45. Sign on door says open till midnight so does Google.

worker said if I place an order over the phone it will be an hour wait or I can come in, order, and I can wait 15 mins. WTH....something is wrong with that picture + the food was horrible...fries were hard and tips were tough...:(

My family was visiting from Memphis and we got over $50 of food. All was crap!! Food was old, dried up & tough. All of family got sick from both ends (if u know what I mean). Didnt want to give the 1 star!!!!!!!!!!

Service and food was bad they forgot my corn, the food was cold they dont answer phones. Thanks for the cold Drink because I drove back for corn that was hot but was soggy due to much cream not enough seasoning.
