Not entirely sure 1 star is even worth it. 2nd to last visit the waitress had only our table in the bar area, thats right just ONE TABLE, and still she managed to forget our appetizer, and left our drinks empty for 12 minutes without a refill. Last visit, service was better, but when I opened my burger, I was greeted by a big fat HAIR across my burger... GROSS!!! When the waitress came over, I pointed it out to her, she was about to take it away and said "Ill have it re-made for you." I stopped her and said no, my appetite was ruined. The manager comes over and apologizes and plays it off like maybe it was a hair from a grill brush, AS IF THAT IS ANY BETTER. They comped the burger, but In the end what bothers me the most, is still paying for the rest of the meal that was ruined because of their unsanitary kitchen staff. Proper customer service would have been to apologize, comp the meal and try to earn our business back. Red Robin we are done with you.

UPDATE: Gone back to Red Robin may times, I love their burgers a lot, but now its much more family oriented and its so loud in there, I couldnt even talk to my wife across from me. There are so many kids and babies, I couldnt get out of that place fast enough. Red Robin use to be a Bar and Grill sort of place but now its more of a family restaurant. Which is ok for them, they seem to stay packed, but not for me. I need a place I can actually eat and talk. Great place to eat, some of the wildest, fun burgers around. Everyone always seems very happy. The place is very very noisy and busy, but the place is fun and the food is awesome. Great pictures on the wall, and flat screen TVs all over the place, plus a smart looking bar fully stocked with all the latest. They may have the best section of burgers around these parts. I come here often

Ive been here three or four times already, and this is my favorite Red Robin in the SE WI/NE IL area. It looks small from the outside, but its surprisingly roomy. The service is always above par, the restaurant clean, and if theres a wait they fit you in fast. The burgers at Red Robin are consistently cooked to perfection--to the point where I have trouble going to other restaurants where they dont cook the burgers as well as they do here. The bottomless drinks and fries are a plus as well. My only suggestion would be to see traditional nachos that have real cheese, not cheese spread. Aside from the the nachos, I have never been disappointed with the food! Highly recommend!

Havent eaten at Red Robin for a long time. Tonight we had a late dinner, didnt have that long of a wait considering it was a Friday night. The restaurant was very busy too. We had a great server, she was funny and very attentive. I forgot my glasses and she even volunteered to read the menu to me. I had a new men item, it was a Citrus Harissa Salmon Sandwich. I dont normally like mayonnaise, but this was very tasty. The sandwich also had citrus marinated onions and tempura fried lemon bites. The combination of the spicy harissa with the tasty fried lemon wedges made very a surprisingly great sandwich. The salmon fillet was huge! I was pleasantly surprised.

If youre looking for an excellent gourmet burger then Red Robin is your place! Awesome and friendly staff here. Never have to ask for anything the staff so proactive here. Would recommend Amanda as your server but she was so amazing they moved her up to management to oversee all the servers and train them, but the good news is the fruit doesnt fall far from the tree. With her training the rest of the servers helps to be on point. This place can become very busy at times but thats due to great food, amazing staff and awesome service. In other words the building is only so big so it makes it difficult to seat the city of Kenosha

Weve been to RR twice lately and the experience was identical. My husband liked the seafood scatter so we went back. However...although they boast if their bottomless fries, we were offered our check bother times before an additional serving was delivered. Our dishes had been collected, we were unofficially dismissed, and when my husband asked if his fries were ever coming, she said sure. A few minutes later someone came by with a basket for "while we waited." Weird. If they dont want to honor their guarantee, then give people a couple more to start with and end the farce.

Pretty regular gourmet burgers. Waitstaff was nice. Red Robin has a option for all you can eat fries to be delivered to your table as often as you want but the fries werent anything special or super tasty. Only good thing about them is theyre "endless" but since theyre made to order to be fresh, you do have to wait for them. Inside decor is nice and theres always something interesting to look at. Can easily handle small kids. Nice enough to go to for Fathers day.

The burgers are good especially the Angus beef options. I had the black and blue Finest burger. It was medium-well, juicy, and damn good. I also subbed in the garlic fries instead of regular. Those are some nice additions to the menu. Burger was $13. This Red Robin has table tech, which you can use to order, call for your server, and pay! Lots of booths and clean tables. Does get very, very crowded which is why we dont eat here often.

If i could give it zero i would. I ordered a pick up. They said about 10 minutes. I was expecting a call saying the food was ready but instead i come in 15 minutes after i called and my food was already cold and soggy. All i ordered was buffalo tenders and fries. The lettuce and celery that was in the box didnt even look fresh its self. I will NOT be ordering again.

Service was horrible, bottomless fries were never refilled, had to ask for silverware, had to ask for drink refills (actually had to wave someone down to get service) , was served the wrong food. WAY overpriced, $10 for a very average burger is absurd. I would like to add that I have NEVER written a review before, but my experience was so horrible I had to share.

"New improved" disappointed in the New Robin. I liked a good burger place with good food and good portions. They started by giving you about 8 fries in a silver ring. Now theyre once awesome Cob salad. In served on a long plate with no room to mix it. Its on pretty rows. Would you like a bite of egg, or lettuce? Generally did pleased with the new robin.
