I have to say I just had an awesome first experience at the Frankfort Meatheads. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the cashier, who also walked me and my husband through the menu options. My burger was tasty, not too dry, and cooked just right. I loved the Cajun fries that accompanied my burger. My husband had a crispy chicken sandwich, yummy as well. The waitstaff (possibly a manager?) was polite and helpful by clearing our plates. She offered us boxes and a bag for our leftovers, and wished us a good evening. My husband and I will be back for more this weekend when our family is in town for the holiday. Everyone should try Meatheads, thanks again for a great dinner! Keep up the good work Meatheads! See you soon :)

This place is fantastic, this was my first time here and the service was beyond my expectations. The cashier was nice, friendly and patient with me, especially since this was my first time visiting a Meatheads restaurant. She took fantastic care of me and gave me some nice suggestions on what I could order and everything. This place is totally worth stopping by frequently, especially if you are about to go on a long trip.

This place has some of the best costumer service I have ever seen. My brother accidentally left something at the restaurant and it was thrown away and they took the time to look through the trash and help us find it and we greatly appreciate how kind they were regarding the situation. Great food and great customer service are hard to come by but this meatheads has it all.

The food was pricey. Me my husband and 5 year old were there and for 3 burgers 3 fries and 3 drinks we paid $32. The Cajun fries were tasteless and soggy. The burgers were decent dont get me wrong, Im just glad I didnt have my other 2 kids with me.

The manger/owner who rang us up was incredibly nice. The food was somewhat expensive, but I think most definitely worth it. Food was fresh and delicious. Restaurant was clean and had a nice ambience. Definitely plan on going back.

Awesome burgers! Stacked with pretty much whatever you like and dripping with flavor. Cajun Fries or Bacon Cheese Fries are spectacular, as well. I recommend the 1/2 lb Bacon and Cheese. I usually get 2 and some Cajun Fries :D

Horrid. Over 20 minute wait for food that was incorrect. No ice in either machine in spite of 90 degree temps outside. Only when we threatened to leave was an explanation offered.

Never been here, called to place a fairly large order and I was asked to hold for a second.... 16 minutes later and still on hold Sunday at 11:30am. Ill go elsewhere.
