This is the worst location Ive ever visited. My cue should have been when I was walking in and a lady was walking out upset saying this is the worst Popeys ever. When I came in there was no line yet it took about 5minutes for one of the cashiers to take my order. My ticket was punched in at 5:12 pm I waited 28 minutes for my order just because the woman who took my order did not want to give me 12 pieces of dark meat only worried she may not have enough for the rest of her customers. Yet during the whole time I waited they barely touched that meat there was plenty for me and for others until the freshly mild pieces were cooked. That was not fast or friendly service. Very disappointing!!!!

Such a bad Customer service. I was at the drive thru speaker for like 5 minutes. There was already a car in front of me who had not yet ordered. I parked and let the manager and staff know about it and they actually got mad. And yes if you are in a hurry stop here, this is not the first time they have done this. Then hou wonder why they go out of business!

This place is nasty, filled with lowlifes, and needs to be shutdown. The workers are disgusting, filthy, nasty, sick and disrespectful! I need corporate number. Its not my fault you work at Popeyes. Take pride in your work, degenerates! Please dont bring your family here. Will be contacting health board, corporate and the city of crestwood.

Went in on Monday night and order was incorrect. Brought the order back on Tuesday and manager said they would make it right. Simple order 8pcs spicy all white meat. Paid for upgrade to have 4 breasts and 4 wings. Get the replacement home and find 3 breasts and 5 wings and the chicken was mild not spicy. Will never return to this store.

What a joke!!! Wait 5 mins at the speaker then 15 more at the window, just to get a simple order wrong!!!How hard is it to cook chicken & put it in a box!!!! Dumb@$$es need to learn to cook the food before hand. Not while customers wait in the drive through at 7PM!!!

Wife and I go threw the drive threw. 25 minutes later we get our food and all of it is cold. They forgot both sides so we go back and they were rude about it. Thank God for a receipt we actually got this time. Please train these people in hospitality.

Simply ordered a three piece meal and then and extra side and extra drink, didnt get the extra side or drink and then had to pay extra for a sauce when they should come with sauce. Will never come back they always mess up our order.

Why is this the only Popeyes that gives me mac and cheese always watered down. Nobody wants mac and cheese like soup. Get it together. Until then Ill keep going to midlothian Popeyes.
