This is a filthy Pizza Hut. My daughter and I ordered and pizza. We were standing in the lobby talking, when a delivery driver returned. I see he didnt was his hands and started preparing pizza. I nicely asked who was he preparing the pizza for and he said the people who placed the order. Me and my daughter were the only people in the lobby, so I asked the guy who take the order who pizza is he preparing he reply yours. I said he cant be preparing my food and just came from outside touching a car door, this door here and didnt was his hand. They got upset and I didnt care at all. I told them to give my refund. They talked about calling the cops, I was like I dont care call whomever but I am going to get my money. To make a long story short Ha Ha, I get my money and departed. This is why its hard for me to eat out these people are so nasty and most people dont care.

If I didnt like Pizza Huts breadsticks so much, I probably wouldnt order from here again. I placed my order online and received a 30 minute turnaround time. My pizza didnt arrive for well over an hour! When I called to ask about this, the told me their wait time was more like 45 minutes....so I asked why they didnt call me to tell me this and why is my pizza still not here an hour later? They blamed it on the internet and couldnt bring themselves to apologize or accept any responsibility. When my pizza arrived, it was cold as were my beloved breadsticks! If you want to order pizza from Crestwoods pizza hut, I suggest preheating your oven when your pizza so when your pizza arrives late and cold, at least you can heat it up. Im calling their manager tomorrow.

Ordered online at 7:18pm and delivery was supposed to be by 8:03pm. At 8:27pm the driver calls me lost and it takes over 6 minutes to get him to my house (the hut is only 5 minutes from my house mind you) and finally get the pizza at 8:40pm. Call the store and was given a "$10 credit", kept complaining and got $20. ..no refund which was what I wanted. Eating cold breadsticks and congealed cold pizza...not worth this money. They can keep the credit, this is Chicago, Ill find another pizza joint.

There is an on Duty manager at the Pizza Hut Crestwood Location that needs to be fired immediately for her RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Her name is STEPHANIE STEPHANIE STEPAHNIE . CRESTWOOD LOCATION! Hung up on me when I called to confirm specifics for my online order!!! Cursed at me as well. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and ignorant. Pizza Hut should be ashamed. Shes bringing your brand down. I havent even reviewed on here before..... but she deserves the attention.

This pizza hut is soo rude, they kept hanging up in my face for trying to check on me n my employees food.. were trying to have lunch and it took 2½ hours to get us our food.. when I got my food the boxes was all mushed , the receipt was all crumbles up.. like what were you doing lady.. got us scared to eat our food . Never will order from this pizza hut again.. health department need to close down

Every time I order from them I always get it delivered. All of a sudden a "manager" tells me they cant deliver to me anymore because I am not within their range.....funny since I always get from them. Had my fiance call to get it straightened out and this guy didnt even care to hear what he had to say. Horrible service will never go there again

Ive loved pizza hut forever however I have to chime in.on these slams against those who work there and say that I kind of agree. There was no.sense of urgency, the guy was looking at my chest while taking my order and he constantly tried to make conversation while I waited for my food. I felt violated and never went back.

rude girl over the phone doesnt know the numbers of the months on the credit card lol! she asked me to repeat the numbers i asked which ones she rudely said NEVERMIND! still said have a nice day because i dont want them messin with my food. delivery guys not so bad, this place sucks so do the people.

This pizza hut is terrible walked in yesterday and ordered a large and personal pan pizza the cashier told me 10 to 15 minutes it took 45 minutes then i had to wait another 10 minutes for another pizza because they cooked the wrong pizza............. Will never visit this pizza hut again

I waited a hour and forty-five minutes for delivery guy to show up then watched him keep driving by my house for another 10 minutes then had to go get him.... Told him to take it back .. He drives a black pickup truck with cab on back ... Crestwood Pizza Hut should be closed

I submitted my delivery around 7pm and its currently 9:20pm. I shouldve called my order in from a different location instead of using the app. Ive realized my mistake after reading all the reviews for the location and I now know to stick with beggars, aurelios, and Giordano.

The worst service I have ever seen. Call to place an order and get put on hold for 20 minutes. Every employee there should be fired. This is the third time Ive been thru thus at this Pizza Hut

They forgot our breadsticks, were incredibly late, and their frosting for their cinnamon sticks is a joke. And my friend thought their pizza was also a joke. Never ordering here AGAIN.

Twice I ordered a "pretzel crust" pizza, both times it was a REGULAR crust with salt added. Then why does Pizza Hut show an actual pretzel crust on their website and commercials???
