This location is also half Taco Bell. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially for a fast food joint. The towels were out in the bathroom so we notified the cashier. He replaced them as soon as he had a moment and also made sure the rest of the bathroom was in order. The food itself was okay, didnt seem as good as KFC normally is. The entire floor of the restaurant was extremely greasy/sticky which remained on our shoes all afternoon.

I will never go back.I drove ten miles to order A family meal on 11/6/2015 and drove all the way back to the resort(20+ miles round trip) to find all the chicken was half cooked, the mac and cheese was dried out. I called the manager,she apologized and offered to replace the meal which I declined and ask for a refund. As a result, I was left scrambling to find a meal for my family. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE LEAVING.

The service was awful. They didnt give anyone their numbers so it was a guessing game as to whos good was up on the counter. The cashier was very rude and wanted to charge me for a water cup. When I finally got my order it was wrong and I had to ask for a dipping sauce three times before I got it. I wont be coming back.

Ive never had a problem with this restaurant. I come here from Princeton KY cause ours sux @$$ at least at this one I get my food quickly and is hot plus the people here are so nice to you unless you treat them unfairly than they will let you and the authoritys know which is standard procedure where I work in Eddyville.

I will never be back!! Paid 45 dollars, got it home and couldnt eat it the containers of all 3 mashed potatoes were busted out they looked melted no telling how old they were!! I called and was offered cookies!! No way in hell if I owned that restaurant would these workers get a dime more than 7.35 an hour!!

Well food was very usually as expected but the young man Chris behind the register was the most friendly and outgoing cashier I have ever seen in a fast food joint ! I definitely would say for that alone he definitely need a good raise as I am sure employees dont.get.paid all that much

Service and quality has greatly improved since several years ago. The owner is very responsive to customers concerns. I have corresponded with him and have noticed comments being taken to heart and improvements have been noticed with each visit.

Food was good and service was courteous, but the bathrooms were horrible. They stunk so much and since the stall door was off the handicap restroom there was no accessibility for those that need it!
