By far worst customer service, didnt even get past the front door before the kid thats doing the cleaning asking us if we are eating in or taking out and before even answering telling us right away we need to order to go because he is cleaning. It was about 910pm and I my response was to quickly to apologize thinking they closed at 9 but they actually close at 10. People like this dont deserve jobs. I will never go to this Taco Bell ever again. Its your job! 40min till you close and you are going to tell me I cant dine in. If this Taco Bell hires lazy people like this, it says a lot about their business. Horrible place to work? Doesnt matter, do your job. My girlfriend feared of them spitting in our food just because we ordered and that isnt right and to top it off they messed up our order but guess where I was when I realized it? Home

Thats the lowest I can give If I can do -100 star. Make long story short. I been there in drive through I ordered 12 pack taco,4pizza and 4fiesta potato. My total was around 35 I pay 40 saying keep the Chang but need extra fire sauce. All I get is only 12 pouch of sauce.if thats call the business then I will never go to that taco Bell .if they wan a ripped off the customer like this. Does owner car about it or not? Worst place to go. Avoid if u can u can drive little bit more go somewhere else.

They completely messed up our order. A burrito turned into fiesta potatoes and even with the receipt stating "no lettuce" on any of the tacos, they still insisted on supplying the tacos with mounds of lettuce. Upon calling them back, I was advised to come back in the morning when their manager was there. So they apparently arent trained in this type of situation so that makes me question the stores management also. Overall worst experience at a taco bell ever. 5 customers lost tonight.

The place is a great place hard workers and a hard working manager honestly customers just complain for the little things like sauce, well sauce cost to order so its funny when people complain for 20npackets of sauce for one taco or you only get 10 for 10 items. Sorry thats how the place is run any place. And if people always complain well thats why u should learn how to cook instead of going somewhere and complaining about there food oh well so sad get over it

3rd time going to this location and it is my absolute last the meat is always cold and they never get the order correct and its terrible u have to always go back through the drive thru to correct the order today the completely messed the order up i check the bag and just left but never again this place needs strict management during business hours

I experienced a visit in which a female employee could be heard over the speaker complaining about a 3-box order. "D*mn, he aint done yet?!" Unprofessional. However, recently, Kiara (sorry if I misspelled) was the sweetest employee; despite me ordering 10 minutes before close. Thank you; keep up the great attitude!

Every time I came here my order has been wrong. I went there today and all they had to drink was sweet tea, nothing else. On top of that I asked for soft shell tacos with no tomatoes and I got hard shell tacos with tomatoes

They have really good service. The lady who served me was soooo polite and friendly. I believe her name was Kelly Narvaez. Really nice. Made my Taco Bell experience amazing! Will definitely be a repeat customer!

Compared to other TBs theyre OK. And they claim they dont have the baja chalupa... but then do for 30 cents extra. Funny. ALL the other TBs in the US sells it with no nonsense. Chalupa was cold
