I am also a handicapped person and have been in this store several times and received great service and help every time. The employees are as nice and helpful as Ive ever encountered in any store. I also think the cakes look great so im not sure where this guy is coming from. I would recommend this store to any person especially handicapped people.

The ice cream and food are great, but some of their employees are super rude. I recently went there and ordered a Blizzard. They put the wrong stuff in it, so I said something to them. The manager slammed the Blizzard into the garbage and angrily moved an employee out of the way to make me a new one. Ive been avoiding the location since then.
