My mother ordered for pickup once and the food was great! So the day after the next I decided to order some more. I had asked if they delivered, a female said yes. So I gave her all my information with my order, small sausage pizza with 1/2 lb fried mushrooms, and she gave me the price and told me itd be here in 45 mins to an hour. After waiting for an hour and a half I called to check what was up. I got a female on the phone again and gave her the information to find my order. She asked if I was calling the right number. I told her I have a cellphone so I had redialed the exact number in my history and that I had talked to a female prior. She said she was the only female working there for the past few hours and my order was no where to be found. She didnt offer for me to reorder and was also short with me on the phone. Disappointing. So I give it a three star for decent food when I had gotten to try it, but poor phone service.

Ordered the Manicotti (Meat) and Chicken Parmigiana W/ Spaghetti - The portion size was fine however, the food tasted rancid, like it had been sitting around for a week...or so. With the Manicotti, the meat used looked like no meat Ive ever seen before (looked like something a cat regurgitated onto the plate) and was tasteless, very much like the sauce that came the chicken parmigiana. The chicken parmigiana was greasy and chewy as well as also very bland tasting. Speaking of chewy, the garlic bread was absolutely gross, perhaps prepared/heated in a microwave. I have eaten a lot of Tiramisu and theirs was like eating some soggy bread dipped in coffee with whip cream on top. yuck, yuck and yuck.

How disappointing!! We usually love this place but not tonight!! We ordered for delivery they said about and hour and 15 minutes ok no big deal. After an hour and 30 minutes called to check on the status. A girl said it was on it way. Called back after 1 hour and 45 minutes and a guy answered and said its getting ready to leave now! Wait what? But the girl said it was already on the way.... Asked if they were willing to cut some kind of deal off of my $30 bill for having to wait so long and the answer is no we are busy. Ok no problem keep your pizza it would probably be ice cold and nasty by the time they decide to actually deliver it. Bummer

Best pizza in the area and reasonably priced so glad they deliver to 57th and Harlem. To those who have issues: I also had an issue a while back due to a misunderstanding with an employee, but the owner was more than willing to listen to the issue and clear it up, Now for me thats exceptional customer service! Happy to know they value their customers. Sometimes one bad apple can spoil the bunch, but after much persistence to get in touch with an owner and explain the issue he gladly took care of it. For that my family and I will continue to order our 2-3 jumbo pizzas from them and because its the best tasting pizza in the area.

Been eating here for over a decade, 6X a month! Now its a treat since Im no longer down the street. Love the new look but pretty please with mozzarella ontop can you please get my order right! Nothing is more disappointing than driving home 25 miles later and find out that the order you received is not what you placed, twice in the past year. If it wasnt for the same cashier, I would have given this establishment one star. Keel up the good work big guy!

The awkward moment when your drunk girlfriend orders a pizza using your existing credit card info because of chrome autofill and then doesnt tell you she ordered a pizza and convinces you to go to Chinatown instead and then you get a call 2 hours later right before the place closes for the night telling you to come get your pizza. Surely there was mistakes made across the board. Drunken stupidity from her and horrible customers service from them.

I ordered the cheese ravioli with white sauce and what i recived was a thin layer of flat pasta drowned in sauce, the ravioli has almost no filling in it at all and I was skeptical at spending $4 on a slice of tiramisu and I should of been, what i received is soaked in coffee, if you take a bite coffee actually squeezes out of it, its a pile of mushy biscuit with whip cream on it, so extremely dissapointed in what this business now services

Was disappointed in the quality of the food I received. the tiramisu is awful and soggy, dripping with coffee. It is prepared incorrectly. I was disappointed from the girl who kept asking to repeat myself when I ordered, to the smashed food I received (I had to call to have it replaced) and the microwave taste everything had. I would not order here again.

Ive been going here since I barely know what pizza was, over the years they have maintained a constant standard that is above and beyond any other pizza places in the area. A couple years ago new owners took over and after a slightly rocky start they seem to be well on their way of keeping the Villa Rosa tradition alive for many many years to come.

I never write reviews about experiences of restaurant. But this was the worst place i have ever eaten at. I asked the cashier if she was the owner of this place due to her rudness to my wife. Apparently she is. I will never eat here again. Olive garden right across the street is so much better and you get more if you order lunch.

Not only does Villa Rosa have the best pizza in the area, the homemade pastas are amazing, authentic and ample portions. Try the Cavatelli next time you are in the mood for pasta. To die for. Today I decided to try the baked clams - they were so good we ordered another dozen. Keep on the great work.

OMG. Best pizza in town. A tad expensive but worth its weight in gold. Even their pasta & garlic cheese bread passes my tests and Im a food snob! Lol. Parking is tough but worth it to drive around the block for a chance to eat here. Ive never been disappointed in 10 years.

They dont give you your complete order and expect you to pay both delivery fees when theyre in the wrong ! And then have to wait an extra hour to get food. Bad service . Bad management when it comes to accommodations. Wont be ordering from here ever again.

The people who answer the phone can at least pretend to sound happy. They should probably attend a customer service seminar that just might help with their expansion in all. Over all the the pizza is pretty good.
