I came in for 8 different orders for my guys at the muffler shop and asked if it was ok for them to bag them separately so I wouldnt have a mix up when I got to the shop. I was helped by Montel who was very polite and I got no complaint about my complicated order.... He even double checked the orders and wrote down the individual names on each bag.. Great service.

The woman at the window is very rude when i ask to speak to a manger she walked away than another woman came and said he wasnt there and I know there a day and night manger so I parked in lot I called the manger and he was there why lie and say he not there i never going to that bk ever again and i really like their food what a shame.

Made my morning! I dont eat eggs and didnt want too much bread. So they made me a platter w/the breakfast meats of my choice and french toast sticks. Just perfect! Genuinely appreciate it too. I know they dropped the slogan but @ BK you really can have it your way!

Went there and ordered the ultimate breakfast sandwich, and the bacon was raw as if they took it out the package and placed it directly onto the sandwich. This was enough for me to completely give up on this entire restaurant chain.
